Bavarian donuts ni lheester

Ingredients
2 cups apf
1 tsp b.powder
2 1/2 tsp active yeast ( room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup evap milk ( lukewarm)
3 egg yolks
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extrct
Additional flour for dusting & kneading
Powder/icing sugar
Cooking oil for deep fry
Bavarian filling
1 1/2 cup evap milk
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup whipped cream
Method for Bavarian filling
In a saucepan pour milk,beaten eggyolks,vanilla,sugar& cornstarch
bring to boil in a low heat..until thick..off the heat let it cool...fold whippi
ng cream & freeze for 40 mins..
Method for donut
In a bowl,sift together the flour & baking soda..make a hollow,put yeast & add 1
/2 cup of milk,scramble w/ a fork,dredge with flour..cover and let it soak for 1
5mins....In separate bowl,whisk eggyolks,add sugar..mix 'till well combined, add
melted butter& vanilla extrct,after 15mins.pour liquid mixture to dry mixture u
sing fork/spatula...mix 'till well combined ,tas spread some flour &knead it for
15mins..transfer dough to a clean and oily bowl ,cover w/ a plastic/tea cloth a
nd let it rise for 45 mins..Meanwhile.. Prepare a donut/cookie cutter 2 1/2 inch
...Chck the dough and trasfer to a flour surface..flatten the dough in and cut i
t using donut/cookie cutter,then continue kneading the remaining dough & cut aga
in....put the pcs on a baking pan w/ baking sheets,cover again & let it rest for
another 20 mins...Now prepare ur oil & cooking pan for deep fry..After 20 mins.
Heat the oil to 320F..for testing,put a wooden spoon into the oil,if there is bli
stering ,the temp.is hot enough,now put pcs to oil ,deep fry for 2 1/2-3mins...D
rip off w/ a kichen pper then put in a wired rack to completely cool...spread so
me icing/powder sugar...(better if u used plastic,ilagay ang powder sugar at ipa
sok ang donut at aloglogin.).Get ur piping bags and used tips for fillings tulad
ng gamit ko na nasa photo,put ur bavarian filling& pump in evry pcs..Serve and
enjoy cooking...haaaayyyy...natapos din,sakit sa kamay at mata...hihi
