Level of Headings

First Level Heading is Centered, Bolded and First Letter of Words


Capitalized
(text begins indented from the next line)

Second Level Headings are Bolded, Flush Left and Beginning of Words
are Capitalized
(text begins indented from the next line)

Third level headings are bolded, indented and only the first
word is capitalized. (text begins right after the full stop)

Fourth level headings are bolded, indented, italicized and only


the first word is capitalized. (text begins right after the full stop)

PS: If you use the chapters name as level 1 heading, it can be in all capital letters.
