a. Memo on Important Dates to Remember
a.1.2 Issues Raised
A new memo has been released regarding the new schedule
for the school year 2014-2015. No issues have been raised
regarding the schedule, only clarifications on when classes
will start for the succeeding school year. Clarifications have
also been made regarding the change of summer term to
third term.
a.1.3 Resolution
The memo that was released has resolved further questions
regarding when there will be no class, when classes will
begin for second semester and when will the finals for the
first semester.
b. Test Permits and Dues for Finals period
b. 1.2 Issues
The issue regarding unpaid fees and if temporary test
permits were still available was raised.
b. 1.3 Resolution
The issue was resolved by indicating that a temporary test
permit must be secured if one cannot pay the dues by the
finals period to be able to take the final examinations. The
balance for the finals period can be checked in folder that
can be found in the students affairs section outside the
dean's office.

III.

Adjournment
It was adjourned that unpaid bills should be paid before the week of the finals
exam, if one cannot; a temporary test permit must be secured. The questions
regarding the collegiate calendar for the calendar have also been clarified.
