Elloise Implemented 2 units of work during her placement, Persuasive

writing and division. Her planning of the units displayed a thorough

knowledge of each. Her lessons throughout each unit supported students
prior learning, consolidated information and then built on and extended
their knowledge. Furthermore, Elloise was very reflective and adaptable in
each of her lessons. She gauged student progress, challenges and
achievements to adjust her following lessons, which suggests a flexibility
and understanding of students needs. Well Done.
