A low calorie meal that I will suggest for one day will be a
cup of water. But, if you dont like water than you can add lemon or
anything to give it some flavor. Than I will make a Thai Beef Stir-fry
plate that is made very easily and low on calories. It looks and taste
very appetizing and you can make it in less than 14 minutes;
depending on serving. Another very appetizing dinner plate is called
Prawn & Mango Noodles and it will take less than 20 minutes to cook. It
is made for people who enjoy eating noodles. It includes 225g pack
instant rice noodles, 1 carrot (peeled and chopped into matchsticks, 2
limes, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 red chili, small pack coriander, small pack
mint, 200g pack mango chunks, 200g pack cooked prawns, 90g pack
salted peanuts crushed. I will suggest it with a lemonade beverage.
This will taste delicious and I love these meals because not only are
they appetizing but also they are low are low calories. This project
allowed me to learn so much because I never expected to be eating
this many calories. I mean it sounds like a lot and im surprised that the
amount of calories I eat are eligible for my size and weight. Though
this has also allowed me to cut down on food or servings. I now eat
less or dont add as much things or sauces to my meals as before. This
