Goal 1: Improve my ability to adjust instruction to meet learners needs.

modes) for individual students with particular learning differences or needs.

Goal 2: To be able to effectively meet the needs of all students by differentiating instruction to
accommodate for varied abilities and learning styles.

choosing appropriate strategies and accommodations, resources, and materials to
differentiate instruction for individuals and groups of learners.

a change in circumstances and the revision was so smooth that it was not noticed that
there was a change in the first place.

to differentiate instruction and engage all learners in complex thinking and meaningful

Timeline to meet goal: Year 1: Attend a workshop for smart board instruction, read
Education Week and the NEA publications to keep current on education policy. Year 2:
Follow the Educational Technology websites, read Education Week for policy updates. Year
3: Participate in an Ed Tech workshop; try for a 21st Century After school position helping
students learning computer code

Criteria for assessing success: Will have more facility with and be more at ease with
technology, opportunities may arise for more leadership positions due to education policy
literacy.
