EXPERIENCE

Florida Holocaust Museum

St. Petersburg ,FL September 2015-Present

Traveling Exhibits Intern

The Museum is dedicated to teaching the members of all races and cultures the inherent
worth and dignity of human life in order to prevent future genocides. One of my main
responsibilities is to collect data and enter it into an organized excel spreadsheet. The
spreadsheets I create make the data easily accessible for the museum to share information
about exhibits and generate profits and business growth. I also manage communication and
relationships with other museums in order to bring our exhibits to their museums. My work
also includes creating, editing and updating content for their website for specific artifacts
the museum has to offer online.

Seasonal Sales Associate

Soma is a bra and lounge wear store where we measure womens bra size and find their
perfect fit. We make sure to give the best customer experience making sure our customer
leaves satisfied. My duties include making sure the store is up to date on the newest
merchandise as well as opening and closing the registers daily. I also participate in the daily
paper work, analyzing our numbers from the previous day and seeing what we can do
better for the following day. My employer can depend on me for short notice shifts and
trusts me with the store on when we have big goals planned.

Interim Sales Lead

Boston Proper is a high-end womens retailer located in the Tampa International Plaza.
During my year working for the company I have received two raises and a temporary
promotion to a manager position during the holidays. I am an important asset to the
store as I continually exceed my personal sales goals and lead as an example to
motivate the rest of the team. My primary focus is creating and building strong
customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service at the store and

reaching out by personal phone calls and thank you letters. On a daily basis I maintain
store visual standards by organizing merchandise and making the store look full and
fresh. I am experienced with opening and closing procedures as well as back of house
operations. My supervisors count on me regularly whenever they need a shift covered
or need something to get done in the store.
