This topic is about the globalization and education, taking into account the economic
crisis and education with human rights and educational policy in Spain.
There are some faces of globalization nowadays. The globalization has related the
education with new technologies that its important to use them in school. To all the
practices in school you must take into account the educative polices of the country and
the human right of education. Always is important to has a good relation between
families and schools for the best development of children.
One important figure in all the educational systems is Noam Chomsky that proposes a
type and strategies of education, with the impact of technology, the cost or investment
and the idea of assessment vs autonomy.
The globalization has produced big changes in education, and Calero y Escardbul made
a research about it with this conclusions:

The Education is a human right. There are a breach of peoples human right at school
and its protection. Being a teacher implies too teach and promote human rights at
school.
In the article 26 of human rights is said that:
(1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the
elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory.
(2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to
the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall
promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious
groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of
peace.
(3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their
children.
The international community has come to recognize and promote human rights and
fundamental freedoms through a vast body of international human rights law. Human
rights education promotes a holistic, rights-based approach that includes both human
rights through education.
This is vital for all our societies. It promotes equality, empowerment and participation
as well as conflict prevention and resolution. In brief, to develop societies where the
human rights of all are respected, protected and fulfilled.
3) EDUCATIVE POLICIES
State: 1978 Constitution. Art. 27; 148. Constitucion_Espanola., laws and other
regulations, taking into account the International and European conditioning
factor.
Regions: Autonomic Charters. Art. 37. Estatuto_autonomia_CLM. and
Calero made a research of main effects of educative policies and crisis in Spanish
Education. Their conclusions are:
1) The impact of human resources like ratio increase, change in the replacement
regime, change in teaching work time and salary containtment.
2) The impact on educative, material and financial resources.
Jimenez, J made another research in which is said that the big inequalities in Spain are
the adult learning policie, free books, own language, bilinguism and multilinguism,
ICTs, opening schools after-school hours and school timetable.
