engaging,andreallyhelpstobringproteinsynthesistolife.Itgoesslowerinlowerlevelclassesandwehavelesstimetodocompetitive
groupsattheendbutitcanbemodifiedforanyhighschoollevelbiologyclass.Ihaveuseditbothasanintroductionandasareview,
thoughitworksbestasareview.Itcanalsobebrokenupintotwolessons,onebeingthedemonstrationandtheotherbeingthe
competition.
