Bonus Periods
There are four bonus periods throughout the year that align with the four fiscal quarters. The bonus for each period is
payable within a pre-determined number of days after the close of that quarter.

Any employee on active performance warning at the close of a bonus period will forfeit the bonus for that period.
Any employee terminated for cause will not be eligible to receive bonus.
All employees must be actively employed for the entire bonus period in order to be eligible.
All employees must be actively employed on the day that bonus is paid out in order to maintain eligibility.
If an employee is promoted from a non-eligible position to an eligible position, their eligibility will be pro-rated according
to the promotion date.
If an employee takes a leave of absence during the bonus period their eligibility will be pro-rated according to the leave
date and the bonus will be paid upon their return to the company.
A new store must be open for two of the three months in a quarter in order to be eligible for that periods bonus. If an
employee transfers into a new store, their eligibility will be pro-rated according to the time worked in the existing store.

Bonus Criteria
To achieve bonus, a store must meet or exceed their quarterly sales goal. In order for both the Management and Visual
teams to be eligible to receive bonus, the store must also meet their quarterly goal for Direct Selling Payroll.

Structure
Bonus is earned by achieving one of the three different sales criteria listed below; Goal, Stretch and Super Stretch. The
bonus payout is a specific percentage of gross earnings for that quarter, based on the annual volume level of the store and
the sales level achieved.
