SEQUENCE OF LESSON
Attendance-students will
enter the gym after changing
in the locker rooms
Warm up- Students will run
from wall to wall 2 times
before performing high knees
and but kicks.
Introduction- Teacher will go
over the focus of the day
(softball batting), safety, start
and stop signals, and any
questions.
-teacher will address correct
way to grip the bat as the
ready position
-bend knees
-weight on back foot
-track ball through air
-step with front foot before
swinging
Start and Stop signals- one
whistle to start. two whistles
