The U.S. Constitution
The Constitution is made up of articles that helped form the government that has
established the great country it is today. The United States wasnt always its own country; it used
to be ruled by the British Empire. The British Empire was a monarchy, which at the time, was the
most authoritative nation in the world. However the U.S. didnt take a liking to how the British
ruled them. So they declared their independence. The Declaration of Independence states We
hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their
Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of
Happiness. The constitution has principles that protect the powers of the states and the
people, which back up the unalienable rights, citizens also, have the right to alter and
abolish the government.
The constitution provides citizens with a fair and justice society. Unalienable Rights
are issued to all human beings since birth and these rights may not be taken. This ensures that no
individual can be more formidable than any other. This counteracts the unfair treatment an
individual may get or the rise of an unjust government. Not considering the race, age, and
physical appearance, everyone must be looked upon as equal. The government makes sure that
the Unalienable rights follow all the rules. The founders of the U.S. constitution took into count
that Unalienable Rights while creating the framework for a new form of government is that they

gave people freedom of speech, and live the way one chooses. Unalienable may be constructive
to the government, but people still need to have some input and power toward the government.
The U.S. government is controlled by the people. The power the government possesses
comes from the citizens among it. The Government must be a democracy because if not it would
be unjust. The Constitution tries to protect these rules because it reaches for a just government.
Recently, Obama authorized an air strike on September eleventh 2014 to the ISIS militia group.
Obamas decisions are very sketchy because those air strikes might target civilians and may kill
innocent families. Branches of the Government will assist Obama to make better decisions.
Citizens may not agree with Obamas choice and will overrule it, if a majority of the people
opposes that idea. This comes from the right to have freedom of speech which allows everyone
to have a say in the governments conduct. This ensures that t government will never overrule the
people inside it.
The constitution protects the powers of the states and the people, which back up the
unalienable rights, citizens also, have the right to alter and abolish the government. Without
these rights, the U.S. would be a catastrophe for all people under this government.
