Single Movement (two sides or one side)


Do the same single movement on both sides of body for each beat.
Variation: One side only for 4 or 8 beats; then the other side.
Single Alternating Movements
Do the same single movement, with an alternate side of the body for each beat.
Sequenced Movements (two sides or one side--two movements)
Both sides sequence the same two movements.
Variation: One side sequences two movements a minimum of four times;
other side repeats the sequence.
Sequenced Movements (two sides or one sid~ee movements)
Both sides sequence the same three movements (second and third movements are the same).
Variation: One side sequences three movements a minimum of four times;
other side repeats the sequence.
Sequenced Movements Combined (two sides or one side--four movements)
Two sides of the body sequence four movements (two Level III sequences combined).
Variation: One side sequences the four movements at least four times; other side
repeats the sequence.
