How I learned and used

the standards
In this unit I learned
more about value, and
contrast, because I used
those most in my
projects. I was generally
inspired to make art
about things that I cared
about such as diversity,
and writing. Because I
cared about these things,
my art had a lot of
meaning and intention.

I annotated my progress
on both homework,
warm-ups, and planning
for projects. Because of
this, I was able to grow
and learn off of those
annotations, and improve
my art even more. I
created my own style,

comic strip, when I drew
over real photographs. As

statements, I can use
academic language to
talk about my work. I
critiqued my peers
artwork, and we were
both able to learn from it.
