My job is to check the computer for any online orders for customers, customer service desk being
able to help to look for the book theyre trying to look for. Also, is having being able to address the
customers needs like on our NOOK devices.

My responsibilities are being there the weekends to place the caf order, put in the waste log and
organize the caf binder where it tells the responsibilities for the rest of the baristas working. Since we
have no caf manger they gave me the responsibility to make sure the caf is clean up to planogram
and is represent s Barnes and Noble exceptions. When making drinks having to recommend a drink
and being able to upsell with a pastry item. The in a time of 3 minutes have the drinks ready for the
customers.
