A LITTLE BIT
A B O U T M Y S E L F. .
Hi! Welcome to my e-portfolio for
Biology. The purpose I have for this
e-portfolio is to expand my
knowledge and learn about one of
my favourite subjects.
My name is Grace and I am a
grade 12 student currently
attending Sutherland Secondary. I
have 2 half sisters and live with my
Dad. Im also an aunt to a
wonderful 1 year old girl. I am
super passionate about the earth
and the environment. I do yoga
pretty much everyday,. I protest
for animal rights and I'm vegan
and my second home is summer
camp.

COURSE STATEMENT & GOALS

Biology is the study of all beings on this earth as well as how everything
came to be and how life thrives.
I hope to complete this course in less then a year. I will aim to finish the
course in December of 2016. I will give myself lots of time to finish things,
but ideally I want to finish the course sooner rather then later since I am
graduating late. I have one week to complete Unit 2 so hopefully that works
out.
Unit 2 complete on May 19th
Unit 3 complete on May 31st
Unit 4 complete on June 10th
Unit 5 complete on June 24th

REFLECT & RESPONSE

The results were very accurate. The test told me I am an
auditory/visual learner.
When I am learning something new I need someone to
explain it and show me simultaneously. One of the most
effective ways I learn is through explaining and teaching
others. I also am a very solitary learning as I work much
faster and harder when I am alone. So I would say I am a
mix of a social/solitary learner as well as a auditory/visual
learner.

INTELLIGENCES
My top three intelligences
according to this test are self,
social, and body movement.
I find these results accurate as I
am very self aware and love
socializing and expressing ideas
with others. I can express my
thoughts very well throughout
speaking but find it more difficult
to write. One thing I found
inaccurate is my second least
score was nature. I love nature
and I absolutely am enthralled by
it. The logic/math smart was my
lowest intelligence which is not a
surprise because I have failed
many math courses and still
struggle with logical problems.

PERSONALITY

For the True Colours test I
got the colour blue. I really
found this test interesting
and very true.
I am very compassionate
towards others, I believe
communication is always the
key and I love influencing
others in positive ways.
I used to be very attention
getting by misbehaving, but
now I mainly just cry if
things go wrong or Im mad.
