AFFIDAVIT OF NO INCOME
I, FILOMENA ABANDO MERCADER, of legal age, Filipino, widow and
resident of Wenceslao, Caba, La Union after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:
That I am an applicant for Retirement Claim Benefit from Social Security
System;
That since January 2016, I have no earning from any business venture
and enterprise because I stopped engaging into any;
That the reason in doing so is due to my age, currently I am sixty years
old, and physical status;
That a copy of a copy of Barangay Certification is attached hereto as part
of this affidavit;
That I am executing this this affidavit to attest to the facts and for any
legal purpose it may serve;
That I am executing this affidavit in good faith and in accordance with
law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this May 3,
