Definition of the subject
Environmental law or environmental law is a complex set
of treaties, conventions, statutes, regulations, and the right common, very broadly, function to regulate the interaction of humanity and the rest of the biophysical components or the natural environment , to reduce the impact of human activity, both in the natural environment and humanity itself.
Many laws that are not exclusively "environmental"
however, contain important components of the environment and integrate environmental policy decisions. Municipal, state and national laws on development, land use and infrastructure. the environmental law draws on the influence of the principles of environmentalism, ecology, conservation, management, accountability and sustainability.
Importance of the subject
The most important sources of environmental law are preceded primarily by the constitution, environmental laws, rules or relevant environmental interest and the provisions of any order that relates to public administration environment.
