GROUP SCRUM

Hi ladies and gentleman.


Today we are going to talk about software engineering;
And as main theme, we are going to talk about an agile method,
The Theme that we are talking is about SCRUM method.

SCRUM is an agile method. Its a process used to guide activities of developing


inside of analysis process that incorporates the following activities:
Requirements, analysis, design, evolution and delivery
Inside the structural activities, the job tasks occur with a gprocess pattern called
sprint.
Sprints are series of iterations that last about 1 to 4 weeks. The sprints start with a
short session of planning and it ends with a summary.
Infrastructure: Is a set of elements or services that are necessaries to develop
software
User histories: Are the customer viewpoints or put of another way, its the way the
customer imagines the software.
Sessions: Here the group is committed to do the tasks to get the wished target.

3There are many roles at the time to work with this design model of software, they
are the followings:
Scrum Master: He is the coach team. He helps and advices them, but He
doesnt lead them, put in another way He is an adviser.
No provee indicaciones sino que enfoca a que el grupo trabaje.
He doesnt provides indications but He is concentrating about the team
Works fine.
Product Owner (PO): He is the customer, User or the person who
represents a company.
Scrum team: Its the team who develops all the Project. The project
decisions are taken by this team because they dont have a leader.
En otras palabras es el equipo que desarrolla el trabajo.
The main point is that team keeps working in the Project.
Necessary elements to software elaboration.

Product Backlog: Are necessary requirements or characteristics about the


software Project.
Sprint Bakclog: Se refiere a la lista de que hacer para el sprint.
Sprint Baklog: It means to a list of tasks to do to deliver for next sprint
Conclusions: Its a good way to work because everyone can contribute and the
ideas are appreciated, addition as everybody takes decisions and they organize
the way to work; each one works in the better possible way in their area.
