This brief (approx. 500 words) report is maintained on file as an institutional record of sabbatical projects and includes the following elements: a) A summary of the sabbatical proposal ») A brief report on the achievement of the sabbatical goals ©) An evaluation of the sabbatical process 4) Any suggestions for enhancing sabbatical leaves that might be beneficial The report may be submitted digitally or in hard copy. Sabbatical recipients are reminded that under University Policy the utilization of a sabbatical obligates the recipient to two years of continued service tothe University upon completion of the sabbatical.
