Re: Public Works Assistance
Mayor Bell, as President of the Council I am requesting that you direct all
necessary employees to assist with the move of Councilors to the various
offices that have been assigned during this Term.
Packed boxes are obstructing the full use of employees and will begin to
impede our responsiveness to our constituents; I am certain this is not your
intent in the delay in getting the appropriate staff to facilitate this request.
I am requesting that the move take place on Wednesday, May 18th
commencing at 7:00 a.m. and conclude when all offices contents have been
moved to their respective location.
Please advise of your response to this request by close of business today via
e-mail or call me directly. Should you not support this, as the President I will
need to seek alternative solutions to getting this matter resolved.
