Pastilina (Play-Doh)

He decidido incluir esta “receta” porque es algo que hemos de hacer en la cocina con

ingredientes y utensilios muy comunes

Dificultad: fácil
Tiempo de preparación: 45 minutos
Ingredientes:
♥ 2 tazas de harina de trigo
♥ 1 taza de sal
♥ 1 y 1/2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
♥ 1 cucharada de maicena disuelta en 2 cucharadas de agua fría
♥ 2 tazas de agua caliente
♥ colorante alimentario de colores
Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una cacerola. Cocer a fuego bajo sin dejar de remover
enérgicamente durante unos 4-5 minutos. Cuando la masa se despegue de los bordes y
se quede en el centro, retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar. Si la masa está pegajosa, dejar un
poco más a fuego bajo sin dejar de remover.
Amasar vigorosamente durante unos minutos y dividir en bolas para poner el colorante.
Hacer un agujero en el centro de cada bola y poner un poco de colorante alimentario.
Doblar y amasar bien hasta que el color sea homogéneo.

Jugar con la plastilina

NOTA: esta plastilina es segura para los niños, completamente comestible, pero muy
salada. Guardar en recipientes cerrados.

Difficulty: easy
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
♥ 2 cups wheat flour
♥ 1 cup salt
♥ 1 and 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
♥ 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoon cold water
♥ 2 cups hot water
♥ food colouring
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook at low heat stirring energically for about 4-5
minutes. When the dough pulls away from the sides and clumps in the center, remove
the pan from heat and allow the dough to cool. If it’s sticky, you need to cook it longer,
stirring, until the dough is dry.
Knead vigorously and divide into balls for coloring. Make a divot in the center of the
ball, drop some food coloring, fold an knead until uniform.

Play with your play-doh

NOTE: this play-doh is children-safe, edible, but really salty. Store it in closed
containers.
