Mediation
The Kashmir conflict was started on October 22 1947, right after the India-Pakistan
separation. Even after 69 years this conflict has not been solved. Many people died over this
issue still there is not a single day where there is no blood of the innocents. The Kashmir was a
part of Punjab, after separation British sold this land to Raja Gulab Singh in exchange of million

pounds. It is hard to locate a Kashmiri family that has not lost a friend or family member to
militancy. A whole era of youngster conceived after 1989 when the Kalashnikovs first made their
nearness felt have grown up with the firearm. Numerous experience the ill effects of melancholy.
The quantity of individuals looking for psychiatric help. They live in apprehension of the
dugouts that encompass their regions at home and around their schools. Play areas are regularly
alongside graveyard.
Mr. Bashir as being Muslim, he agrees on the point that Kashmir should be a part of
Pakistan. Moreover, he supports his point of view by giving examples from early nineteenth. He
said Muslims were prohibited to offer their prayers in Mosque. Even now the Muslims who have
been living there for many years arent allow to celebrate Eid, there is punishment with a long
term of imprisonment. He strongly support the idea that the Kashmir should be a part of Punjab.
Ashutosh completely disagrees with lord Birdwood, he argues that Kashmir should have
been the given to Indian. He completely disagrees on the point that most of the Kashmiris
(people living in Kashmir wants to be the part of Pakistan). After almost 15 years when India had
been on edge in the universal gatherings, the circumstance changed. Kashmiris would rise in
rebellion against India, something that India's military, battered in the war. More than half of the
people living in Kashmir wants to be the part of Pakistan. But Kashmiris have more than little
support from their government to be the part of Punjab (Pakistan).
(998-1019) ( India,Pakistan and Kashmir)
In the next article by Bashir Asef, he strongly believes that Kashmir should be a separate
country rather than to be a part of India or Pakistan. He also said that United Nations also

believes that Kashmir should be a separate nation, as being part of West Pakistan. But Kashmiris
should have their freedom and their own constitutions. He argues about nonviolent for several
years in Kashmir. Furthermore, he bring humanity in his argue and he believes that Indian army
committing crimes for past several years. Moreover,

he also believes that government of

Pakistan doesnt support the economy of Kashmir. He urged that Kashmiris either need to be a
piece of Pakistan or to be free (8-10) (Azad Kashmir).
In the article Azad Kashmir the issue has been discussed that, both the countries are not
setting their disputes. Both countries are fighting regarding of the fact that people living in Azad
Kashmir are going from such traumatic incidents from past several years. There is less or no
industry in Azad Kashmir nor the people of India, neither the people of Pakistan supports them.
The government of Pakistan never make any investment to encourage the people over there. In
fact more than eighty thousand people are living in Britain who belongs to Azad Kashmir, they
support their families by sending them huge amount each year.
Mahatma Gandhi during his speech at the prayer meeting on 4 th January 1948 is one of
the famous speech on Kashmir issue. During his speech he mentioned that everybody is now
thinking that there will be a war between the two nations. On the other hand, even after so many
years still the war is going on between two nation on the same issue which is now called as
`Kashmir issue`. In his opinion during that times he thought people of Kashmir is being harassed
by Pakistani government.

On the off chance that Pakistan badgers Kashmir and if Sheik

Abdullah who is the pioneer of Kashmir approaches the Indian Union for help, the last will
undoubtedly send help. At that times such help was sent to Kashmir by Indian Government.
Moreover, Indian government requested Pakistani government to give them Kashmir and

finished this conflict. But most of the people living in Kashmir wasnt being agreed to be a part
of Indian government. Thats the reason that this war still going on between these two countries.
Both India and Pakistan are the possessing strengths. Pakistan has embraced its position on
Kashmir while India has solidified its control on the state. India and Pakistan have worked in a
methodical way to guarantee that their geo-political interests and conditions are fulfilled versus.
Musharraf suggested a three-stage formula that could result in a "change of status" for
the Himalayan region. He said, A UN mandate can be there. But other options must now be
explored because a plebiscite is not acceptable to India. Musharraf also insisted that Islamabad
will continue to reject the idea of making a permanent border out of the Line of Control that
divides Kashmir into Pakistani and Indian zones. So we need some solution. Identify region,
demilitarize, change status. The whole debate of options will be based on this. Musharraf
suggested that the process of resolving the Kashmir dispute could start with determining the
religious and ethnic makeup of seven regions within Kashmir. Identify a region, demilitarize the
region. Troops out. And change its status, this is what Musharraf said. ( Musharraf four points
formula) (9-10).
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference drifted the
possibility of a 'Joined States of Kashmir' at a meeting in New Delhi, which he explained in a
shut entryway session with the meeting US Congressional designation in the Indian Capital. Mir
Waiz's guide for the 'Joined States of Kashmir' visualizes neutralization by both India and
Pakistan, truce by aggressors and agreement between all shades of Kashmir sentiment for an
arranged settlement. Such first-ever peace suggestions from APHC and Pakistani initiative,
laying basically on the reason of Indo-Pak neutralization as a beginning stage of inevitable self-

principle for the Kashmiri individualstweaked toward the South Asian visit of the US
Congressional designation and by one means or another based upon the comparable
determinations came to by a US-based Kashmir Study Group a few years prior.

The

representatives of Kashmir Government conferred with the representatives of Indian Government

and arrived at an agreement in order to endorse the main decisions of the Constituent Assembly
of the State of J&K. This arrangement was later on known as the "Delhi Agreement, 1952". The
main features of this agreement were as following

It was agreed between the two Governments that in accordance with Article 5 of
the Indian Constitution, persons who have their domicile in Jammu and Kashmir

shall be regarded as citizens of India.

As the President of India commands the same respect in the State as he does in

other Units of India,

With regard to the fundamental rights, some basic principles agreed between the
parties were enunciated; it was accepted that the people of the State were to have
fundamental rights.
Azad Kashmir is a land of paradise nobody knows, how worst the situation is

over there, people are living miserable lives. Indian government also doesnt take any
responsibilities to a part of the betterment of Kashmiris. India government also doesnt help
Kashmiris to be stable in their economy. The issue still stays unsettled and was exasperated by
the Kargil War and reported frequencies of "cross outskirt terrorism" crosswise over Kashmir.
For as long as couple of decades, Pakistan and India have been playing strategic pull of-war over
the Kashmir issue at different universal discussions to accomplish a commonly satisfactory
arrangement.

All things considered, this inquiry sounds extremely idealistic. We as a whole need to fill
in therefore arranged not simply work. It is in society of Indian culture, everybody is centering
over a portion of the crucial right ways. They have established all the Kashmiri savants from the
state and after that attempting to set up it as a dread focus.

On the off chance that the

administrations have this sort of disposition then no one but we can expect something. The
following are some focuses which are negates the parts of peace amongst India and Pakistan.
