SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with students, grades PreK-3 rd grade, through substitute
teaching for Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Student taught second grade for
three months, as well as TA experience for two years prior to receiving my Masters
in a Kindergarten setting. Was also a long term substitute for four months teaching
kindergarten and a month at another school as their reading teacher.

Long Term Substitute: Reading
Taught LLI and guided reading groups. I also helped conduct F&P with first, second,
and fifth grade. All data was then entered into SMS. While at this position, I was
also there to support other teachers with their F&P and Articulation form questions
or anything else that may have been needed. Also assisted with K- screening and
orientation.

Long Term Substitute: Kindergarten
Took on the responsibilities of the classroom teacher. Provided engaging lessons
aligned with the PYP guidelines and curriculum. Put in place a classroom
management plans that worked well for my students in order to enjoy learning while
still respecting themselves, others, and property. Had successful communication
with parents through email, class dojo, and conferences. Also, actively worked on
multiple students IEP teams in order for their plans to be the most up to date, and
successful, plans possible.
