Domestic violence doesn't just occur in one place

all the time, it happens everywhere and sometimes
it's difficult to comprehend the severity of the
circumstance that happens regarding what the
victims have to deal with. Especially with the
devstating trauma and flashbacks they may live
with on a constant day to day basis.
She's going to meet with me on Tuesday during
advisory so we can go over my paper and she can
help me brainstorm some ideas for my project
proposal.

She's going to meet with me on Wednesday which

is a Half Day
All the laws are generalized on the women rather
than the men and children whom are also victims.
I had to think of a proper way to start my proposal
so that Rhonda understood the importance of my
topic and was able to see the passion I have for this
specific topic.
I learned that I shouldn't be repetitive in my Project
Proposal, but make sure that the key points are
what stick out to the readers so they're able to
understand the message behind your proposal.
I was able to let her know and understand what
made this issue to passionate to me.

Rhonda and I had to find a new

organization that I could partner with to
work on my Senior Project with. We
emailed four organizations and
Sojourner House in highly interested in
working with me and my project and
they already have great ideas for
projects.
Rhonda gave me the approval or my
project proposal and signed my paper.
Gave my advisor Beth a copy of my
Project Proposal and wrote the date in
which I handed it in to her.
I was given back my research paper
edits from Beth. She had numerous of
corrections and feedback that I needed
to change some sections around and
explain more in depth about the quotes
I had used within my research.

I found out that I will be a part of one of their videos

which is made my youth who are advocates of
Domestic Violence and want to make a positive
impact on society and our community just like I will
be. Also I will be BACS advocate in this video.
I gave great suggestions and Rhonda is proud of
my hard work and focus.
She then told me to share it with her on Google
Docs; I did and she signed off once I made her
proper corrections she had given me.

While staying in school for half the day on Portfolio
