DPW administers the City’s Vacant & Dangerous Building Inspection Program, pursuant to Article II of BCO Chapter 8. Thave been delegated responsibility by the Department of Public Works Director to enforce the dangerous structures requirements of the ordinance, pursuant to BCO § 8-44. BCO § 8-45 obligates me to inspect a building upon receiving information that the building violates building, fire prevention and public ssaety ondinances or is otherwise in such unsafe condition tht the public safety is endangered, B, [received a phone call Sunday May 22, 2016 regarding a building located at 292 Plattsburg Avenue.
