As we have 28 2 BHKs (within 1200 sft) and 12 3 BHKs (above 1200 sft and within 2400 sft)
the total payment we have to make is:
28 x 5000 + 12 x 10000 = Rs. 260,000.
Step 2: Rainwater Harvesting
1.
As per BWSSB the Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) is must for all apartments before
getting Kaveri water connection. As per the details we received from BWSSB site
(http://bwssb.org/rain-water-harvestingrwh-6/)
there are 3 methods
A. Roof top RWH
B. Runoff RWH (landscapes, parks, storm
water drains, roads, etc.)
C. Natural storage and collection through
lakes and tanks
One of the above methods should be applied. The approximate cost would be Rs. 100,000 (1
Lakh).

Prorata Charges
Note: If required, BCC charges can also be paid in 24 equal monthly installments along with
water bill payment.
The rough calculation as per the above mentioned details would be as follows:
Total Area of the Land: 17,748 Sq. ft. If we remove boundary area, common gaps between
apartments, the rough super built up area comes for each floor about 15,000 sq. ft approximately.
Hence the total super built up area would be approximately for (Basement, Ground and 3
floors) would be 15,000 x 5 = 75,000 Sq. ft
Hence the total cost for prorata charges would be (75000/0.093) * 200 = Rs. 1,395,000
(14 Lakh approx.)
