SCHOOL PICNIC for classes III

Dear Parents,
The school is organizing a picnic for the students of class III on 18th
February 2016 to Dreamland Resort , Nelamangala ,Bangalore. This trip is
going to be a fun-filled experience for all our kids as the resort has so much to
offer. Spread over an area of lush green 25 acres, it has entertainment and fun
rides like the merry go round , Columbus , dashing cars , water slides,
swimming pool ,rain dance , mini zoo ,nursery and not to forget the magic
show.
Departure and Transportation: All students would arrive at School as per
normal time and bus routes. Departure from the School to the above facility
would be by 8.30 am. The expected time of return at the School premises would
be between 5:00 pm 5.30 pm. Parents are requested to pick up their Wards
from the School between 5:00 pm.-5.30p.m.
Dress Code. The Dress Code for the trip would be House T-shirt, Jeans, sports
shoes and caps. They would be required to carry their water bottles.
Food and Beverages: Breakfast, lunch, Evening snacks would be organised at
the facility.
Parents may pack light snacks and juice for the bus journey if the same is so
desired.
Cost of Trip: Cost of the trip, inclusive of transportation, meals and availing of
the facilities would be Rs 370/- (Rupees Three hundred and seventy only).
Interested parents must give their consent in writing in the Consent Form given
below.
The money must be sent by 8th of February in a sealed envelope with the
name, class and section of the child and the amount sent clearly written on it. The
envelope must be handed over to the respective class teacher only. Please notify
the amount sent in the School Almanac for our record.
The picnic money will not be accepted after 8/2/2016. Money once paid will
not be refunded.

Private students will have to report to school at 7.50 A.M in the morning. Buses
will ply only in the morning. Parents of private students are requested to pick up
their ward in the evening between 5.00 P.M 5.30 PM from the school.
Students interested in going to the water park must carry their swimming
costume, slippers , towel and an extra bag for carrying back the wet clothes with
them.
All students should carry an extra dress with them. All belongings of the child
must be labeled.

CONSENT FORM FOR SCHOOL PICNIC

Resort . I am enclosing a sum of Rs. 370 /- for the trip.
I consent / do not consent to my child going to the water park.
I also agree to pick up my ward from the school between 5.00 5:30 pm.
