ChristanHummel,formerlyaFlowerofLifefacilitatorandeditorofthe"UnofficialFOLnewsletter,"is
travelingaroundtheworldtoassistothersinestablishingagrassrootsenvironmentalclearing
movementstartedbySlimSpurlingandDrunvaloMelchizedek.Shehasspentthelast25years
workingwiththedevas,andhastrainedfacilitatorstoteachmethodsofcocreatingwiththedevic
realmstohelphealtheEarth.
Ifirstbecameacquaintedwiththeterm"geopathicstress"uponmeetingacolorfulcharacter,named
SlimSpurling.Myfriendandmentor,DrunvaloMelchizedek,broughtSlimouttothegroupofFlowerof
LifefacilitatorswhohadgatheredatDrunvalo'sretreatcenterinPaulden,ArizonainJanuaryof1997.
DrunvalowassharingwithushisworkwiththetoolsSliminventedwhich,inconjunctionwithsome
waveformtapesdevelopedbyBobDratch,wereclearingthepollutioninthecityofDenver.
Atthetime,IwaseditinganewsletterthatwentouttoFlowerofLifegraduatesandhadrunanarticle
talkingaboutthepollutionclearingprojectDrunvalowasinvolvedwith.WhenIheardthatSlimwas
goingtobeatthemeetinginPaulden,Ijumpedattheopportunitytointerviewhimdirectly.Imustsay
thatuponfirstmeetingSlim,IrealizedthatIhadachoicehere,tobefooledbyhis"hillbillyact"ashe
callsit,ortosearchforthedeepertruthaboutthisman.Fortunately,forme,Iwentforthelater.
Drunvalo'sowndescriptionofSlim,wasthathewaslikethe"MerlinoftheWest."Ifoundthistobea
veryaptdescription.
SoIinterviewedthishillbillyMerlin,whoaftereatingan8ozpieceofsteakforbreakfastproceeded
togooutsidetosmokehisdailyquotaofCamelcigarettes.MyHindubackgroundhadmoreissues
withthesteakandtheleathercoatandhatthatadornedhim,thanwiththecigarettes,butIproceeded
withtheinterview.Despitemyattemptstofocusontheinterview,Icouldfeelmyjudgmentscreeping
uponme."Howcanhebespiritual?"mymindwaschattering.Butitsoonbecameclearthatthisman
bornintheDakotahills,withhistwofootbeardanddailyportionsofmeatandcigarettes,had
discoveredsomethingthatwouldchangethecourseofhumanevents.
AsIdidtheinterview,Isawthathispiercingblueeyeswereasmuchinterviewingmeasmywords
wereinterviewinghim."Whowasthisman?"Ikeptaskingmyself.Ishejustthesimple
backwoodsmanwithabackgroundinmetallurgyandchemistrywhostumbledontothistechnology
through"dumbluck"asheclaims?OrwasheconsciouslyapplyinghisyearsofstudyintoAlchemy
andtheAncientEgyptiansciencestodevelopthesetoolsthatweresupposedlydoingsuch
miraculousthingsasclearinguppollutionandreducingcrimerateinDenver?Icouldn'ttell.Afterthe
interview,IrememberedwhatIhadreadyearsagofromtheTibetanMasterDwalKhul,whosaidthat
themastercannotbeseenunlesshewishesittobeso.
Well,itcametimeforSlimtodohisdemonstrationforthegroupofFlowerofLifefacilitatorsgathered
ineageranticipationofhistalk.Hetalkedabouthowtheydiscoveredthetools,someofthephysics
behindhowtheyoperated,andgavesomedemonstrationsonhowtousethem,butitwasnotuntilhe
didsomethingwithhishandsthatIreallysawthetruthaboutwhothismanwas.Atonepointhewent
todislodgesomestuckenergylocatedintheperson'sbodywhowasvolunteeringtobetheguineapig
forthegroup.Hehelduphishandsandwithoutanyceremonysweptthemdowninaquickmotionand
suddenly,withoutwarning,Isawaboltofenergycomefromhishandsandgointothepersonlaying
onthefloor.Inonefailswoophecollectedandgatheredtheenergiesintoaballoflightthatwentinto
theaffectedarealikeaboltoflightening.Inthatinstance,Isawthe"MerlinoftheWest"thatDrunvalo
wassoenamoredwith."Whatadisguise!"Ithought."Howwouldanyoneeverknow?"
ThusbeganmyrelationshipwithoneofthemostinterestingpeoplethatIhaveevercomeacross.As
timepassed,Iwantedtolearnmoreaboutwhatheknew.AtfirstIfocusedonthetoolsheinvented
andlearnedeverythingIcouldaboutthem.Storiesbeganrollinginaboutwhatpeoplewere
experiencingwiththeseTeslatypetools.Soonafterwards,Iinvitedhimouttodohisworkshop,
Geobiology,forourareasowecouldlearnmoreaboutthesefascinating4Dgadgets,whichwereso
deceptivelysimplelooking,muchliketheirinventor.
Slimcameoutonthreedifferentoccasions,andeachtimeIwasabletohearadeeperlevelofwhat

heknew,whichhesharedinsuchanunderstatedmanner.Finally,Ivideotapedhislastworkshopin
SanDiegoandaskedhimpermissiontoassisthiminsharingtheinformationinhisworkshopsusing
thevideotape,ashisschedulewasfilledtocapacity6monthsinadvance.
SoIbegantosharewithotherstheworkthathewasdoingwiththepollutiontools,andtheir
applicationsforindividualuse.Ijustfollowedhisformatandusedthevideotapeofhislastworkshop.
BecauseitwasapartofwhatSlimpresented,Ifollowedsuitandspentthefirstdaydiscussingthe
geopathicandHartmannlines.Howtodetectthem,whattheireffectwasonhealth,sleeppatterns,
financialflow,mentalclarityandawholeslewofothersymptomsthatwerewelldocumentedtobe
relatedtogeopathicstress.Ididn'tquiteseetheconnectiontothetools.Itseemedliketwodifferent
workshops,butIjustfollowedhisexampleandtaughtitthewaythathedid.
WelleachworkshopbroughtanewlevelofunderstandformeasIwatchedandrewatchedthetapes.I
wasbeginningtoseewhatcouldonlybeseenfromalevelofunderstanding,andcouldnotbe
explainedinwordsdirectly.Isawtheconnection,thewholepicturesotospeak.Howitalltiedinto
thisincredibletapestrywhereeverythingwasrelatedtoeverythingelse.Abig"aha!"The"aah!"
showedtheconnectionbetweenthetools,thepollutionprojectandthegeopathiclines.
Thetoolsthemselvesaremadefromcopper,cutatlengthswhicharebasedonthesacredEgyptian
cubit.Thewaytheyarewrapped(theringsforexampleutilizethecaduceuscoil)effecttheenergy
flowthroughthecopper.TheyarethenelectroplatedwithgoldthathasBobDratch'swaveform
technologyembeddedintothegold.Itboilsdowntoshape,waveform,andenergyflowdeterminedby
themetalusedandthesacredgeometryemployed.That'sthebasicsbehindtheirconstruction.What
theydoisanothermatter.Andwhiletheresultsvaryfrompeoplereportingreductionoftheirphysical
discomfortsfrommigrainestobrokenbones,thesetoolsalsoaffecttheenvironmentaswell."How
cantheydoboth?"Iwonderedforalongtime.And"whydoesSlimspendawholedayonthese
geopathiclines?"Thiswasstillamysterytomeuntilthe"ahhah."
WhatIlearnedisthatwhenusingthetoolsonanindividual,whatishappeningisthatonaquantum
levelthetoolsarereversingthe"spin"froma"negative"(ordeadlife)spintoa"positive"life
enhancingspin.Itwasjustamatterofspin.Onedirectionwascountertolife,andtheotherdirection
promotedlife,whetheritwasplantlife,animallife,orhuman(andwehadheardnumerousreportsof
thesetoolsworkingwondersonallthree.)
Well,Icouldunderstandthat,atleastintuitively,butwhydoesitaffecttheenvironmenttoo?The
connectiontothegeopathicstresscamewhenIbegantolookattheresearchofWilhelmReichand
hisstudyofwhathetermed"orgoneenergy."Henoticedthattherewasthislifeforceenergy(orgone
energy).Somecallitkundalini,buthistermwas"orgone."Whathealsonoticedwasthattherewas
theoppositewhichhecalled"deadorgoneenergy"orDOR.ThisDORhefoundattheheartofvery
nastystorms.Itisalsointhegeopathicstresszones.Wellthe"aha"began."That'sit!Thetools
reversethespinfromdeadorgoneenergytopositivelifeenergy!"Inowbegantoseetheconnection.
Whenpeopleworkedwithindividualsusingthesetoolstheywerereversingthespinofthatstagnant
energyintheirbodieswhichproducedthewholevarietyofsymptomstheywerefeeling.People
noticedgreatresults.Butoncetheywenthomeandbegantosleepandworkinthegeopathicstress
zones,theyfilledupwiththisnegativespinagainandformanypeoplethesymptomseventually
reoccurred.Wehadseenthistimeandagain.Sothekeytoapermanentresolutionlaywithhealing
thegeopathicstress.IfinallyunderstoodwhySlimdevotedawholedayoftheworkshoptowhat
seemedlikeanunrelatedtopic.
SoIbegantoresearchthesegeopathiclines,whattheywere,howtheyoriginated,andhowtoheal
them.WhatIknewfromSlim'sresearchwasthattheywerezonesofstressfulenergywhichhada
negativeeffectonlife,plant,animalandhuman.Theyalsoseemedtoaffectinanimateobjectslike
cars,appliances,andplumbingetc.Wehadnumerousreportsofpeopleblockingthegeopathicstress
linesgoingintotheirhouseorofficeandsuddenlyapplianceswhichdidn'tworkbeforebeganworking!
Othersreportedhousesthatwereonthemarketforthreeyears,andwithinweeksofblockingthe
geopathiclines,theysold.Thecasehistorieswereendless.
ItmadesensefromaFungShuipointofview.TheancientChineseknewwelltheeffectofenergy
flowonthesurroundingenvironment.Theyevenhadatraditionthatyoushouldbuildyourhouse
wherethesheepsleptbecausetheanimalsinstinctivelyknewtoavoidthesegeopathiclinesof
energy.Peoplewouldprobablystillhavethatinstinctivesenseaswellifwelivedalifemoreclosely
connectedtotheland,butwehavedivorcedourselvesfromthatknowledgeandtendtoliveinhigh
industryagriculture,andtechnologicalsocietieswithourlivesgovernedbyartificialslikefreeways,
andtheinternetandcomputersandphonesandbiologicallyengineeredcrops.Certainly,wehave
benefitedfromtheseadvances,butonepriceithasextractedfromusisthatwehavelostthewisdom
weusedtopossessaboutthelandandtheenvironmentthatcamefrominteractingwithitdirectly.
Sothesegeopathiczoneswereacrucialpieceofthepuzzle.IrememberedwhatSlimhadsaidabout
thepollutionprojecttheydidinDenver.Theyplacedtheunitsharmonizers)onthemajorgeopathic
linesgoingthroughthecity.Theeffectwasthattheharmonizerwasabletotransmutethenegative
energyfromthegeopathiclinethatitwasplacedon.TheresultsinDenverwereastounding!Notonly
wasthepollutionclearedduringthetimeoftheirexperiment,butfortheyearthattheydidthe
experiment,thecrimeratewentdown36%,andthefollowingyear51%.Itseemednocoincidence
thatwhentheylookedatthemapofthecity,thatwherethesemajorgeopathiclinesintersected,that
thoseareaswerealsothehighcrimedistrictsaswell.

example,werenamedafterthetwodoctorswhodiscoveredthem.Theytook5,000oftheircancer
patientsandthroughdowsinglocatedwheretheselinesofenergyranthroughthepatient'sbed.Where
thelinesintersectedonthepatient'sbodywastheexactlocationwheretheircancerdeveloped.This
wastruein98%ofthe5,000casestheystudied!
AnotherresearcherinAustriastudiedtheeffectsoftheselinesonstudentsidentifiedwithADD
(AttentionDeficitDisorder.)Shetook3,000casesofkidsidentifiedwithADDandsimplymovedtheir
bedssothattheywereoutofthepathoftheselines,andin100%ofthecasesinvolved,therewasa

Sotheconnectionswerebecomingclear,butwhattodoaboutit?Certainlyonecouldnotput
harmonizerseverywheretherewasageopathicline.Wedetectedthroughdowsinganaverageof70
linesrunningthrougheachhousehold.WhatSlimdiscoveredwasthatifyouputacopperrodintothe
groundata90degreeangletothelinethatitcausedthelinetoarcupandovertheaffectedarea,be
itahouse,orotherpieceofproperty.
Formanyyears,thisistheapproachwhichSlimandhispartner,BillReidusedtoeffectivelydivert
thesegeopathiclinesaroundthehousesofthepeoplewhowerebeingplaguedbytheirpresence.
Wonderfulstoriesaboundedaspeople,manyovernight,feltwhatitwasliketobeinastressfree
environment,manyofthemforthefirsttimeintheirlife.Sofantasticworkwasbeingdoneallaround
thecountry,trainingothershowtolocateanddiverttheselinesaswell.Anarmyofworkerswerenow
outinthefieldtohelppeoplefindstressfreeexistence.Inthe10yearsthatSlimhadbeengivingthe
trainingstheyestimatedthatwellover125,000homeswerebenefitingfromtheworkofthosewho
wereblockinganddivertingthesegeopathiclines.
Wellitdoesn'ttakemanymiraclestoriesbeforeapersonseestheimportanceofblockingtheselines.
Beforelong,wewantedtodoeverything,everywhereschools,hospitals,malls,government
buildings,airports...Butpoundinginrodswasasomewhattimeconsumingprocess,andtheother
considerationwasthatyouhadtobeinvited.Icouldwellseetheadvantageofblockingthegeopathic
linesgoingthroughaschoolhowever,Icouldnotimaginemanyschoolboardsgivingthe"okay."In
addition,thetimeitwouldtaketodoanareathatsizewouldbeclosetoaweek.
Littlebylittle,Ibegantofeeluneasyaboutjustdivertingtheselinesintosomeoneelse'sbackyard.I
wantedtohowtheyweregenerated,andiftherewasawaytohealtheenergypermanently.Itwasat
thispointthatafriendofminereturnedfromanopenhousevisitingthemagicalgardenofPerelandra
wheretheyhaddailymiraclesintheirgardenworkingwiththenaturespirits,ordevas.Hecameback
excitedwiththepossibilitiesofworkingcocreativelywiththedevasandusingMachaelleWright's
techniquesfordesigningandcreatingagardenwhichwasanexampleofhumananddevic
cooperation.
Asapreparationtogettingthegardenready,Machaelleoutlinedthestepsforhealingthelandofthe
geopathics."What!HEALINGthem?"Thiswasthemissingpiece.Theinformationtheyhadaboutthe
geopathiclineswascomingfromthedevasthemselves.Whattheyhadtosayaboutthegeopathics
wasthatthesegeopathiclinesaretheaccumulationofhumanity'semotionalandmentalresiduethat
hasbeenabsorbedbytheland.Ourpsychicgarbagesotospeakthathascollectedintoriversor
currentsofenergy.Itcamefromsuchthingsasemotionalenergyfrombattlesintheareathatthe
landabsorbed.AccordingtoSlim'sresearch,theseenergyriversarethendrawntothoseareasthat
arenaturalflowpatternsintheEarth,eithertheEarth'selectromagneticlinesinthecaseofHartmann
lines,ornaturallyoccurringconduitssuchasfaultlines,fissures,undergroundwatertablesandrivers
etc.Machaellewastoldthatthenaturekingdomsprovidedtheserviceofholdingtheselinesof
energy,untilhumanitycametotheplaceofmaturitythatitcouldtakeresponsibilityforhealingthis
unresolvedenergy.
Well,thatsoundedabitfarouttome,butIwaslivinginahousethatwasageopathicnightmare.And
ifitcouldworkonmyhouse,itwouldprobablyworkanywhere.SoIwaswillingtogiveitatry.Wedid
theprocedurethatMachaelleoutlinesinherbook,Gardenworkbook,volume2,andinsteadofjust
doingthegardenarea,wedidtheentire40acresthewholehillsidethatthelandlordowns.Theentire
processtookaboutanhouraprocessthatwouldhavetakenweekswiththerodintheground
method.Iwasabitskeptical,butwillingtotryanythingthatwouldbetterthesituationatmyhome,
whichhadbeenalmostunbearableformonthsnow.
Within24hourswewentoutanddowsedtheproperty,andverymuchtomysurprise,NOLINESat
all!MoredramaticwasthechangethatInoticedalmostimmediatelyontheproperty.Thelandlord
whowasa45yearretiredmarinechangedalmostovernightfrombeingverymilitant,barkingout
orderstothosearoundhim,tobeingverysoft,sweet,andsensitiveinhisdemeanor.Iwasamazed!I
begantonoticewithindaysaowls,hummingbirds,dogs,roadrunners,andevenafriendlyskunkwho
adoptedme,wereallnewfoundvisitorstotheproperty.
Theoppositewastrueofthepersistentantproblem,whichasalastresort,Ihadbeguntobombard
withpesticidesomethingIamloathetodobutresortedtobecauseIwasbesiegedwithaseaofants
carpetingwholeareasofthehouse.ItturnsoutthatantsandpestsliveofftheDORenergyandthe
geopathicstress.Well,withintwodaystheantsweregonecompletely.
AnothersignthatsomethinghadchangedwasthatthetreesthatIhadplanted,whichonceplanted
immediatelylostalltheirleaves,begantosproutnewgrowthinthewinternoless!Sotherewere

Oncewediscoveredthatworkingwiththedevastohealthegeopathicswasaverifiablereality,we
begantogotoworkonalltheareaswehadpreviouslyyearnedtodo,butwerenotallowedto,or
prohibitedfromdoingduetotimeandspacelimitationsoftheoldmethod.Ourfirstexperimentwas
thetownofVictorville,CA.WhilegoinguptoVictorville,weencountered90mileanhourwinds.When
Iinquiredinwardlywhatthatwasabout,Igotthemessagethatitwasaresultofthegeopathic
imbalanceofthearea.Well,Iknewthatthereweredocumentedcasesofgeopathicenergybuildup
relatedtoearthquakes,sothisdidn'tsoundtotallyoutsidetherealmofpossibility.Sowewentto
Victorville,didtheclearingtechnique,andleftforhome.Thenextday,thenewspredicted50milean
hourwinds,butinsteadtherewasnothing.Completelystill.AtthispointIbegantothinkthatwemight
reallybeontosomething.
Wehavedoneenoughareasnow,allwiththesameverifiableresultsthatIknowthatthismethodis
effectiveforhealingthegeopathicstresszones.Wehavefoundthatbyworkingwiththesurrounding
Devasintheentirecity.WehavedonethisalreadyinSanDiego,CAandinCorpusChristi,andSan
Antonio,Texas.Notonlydidthecityfeelbetterafterwards,butyoucouldseeavisibledifference.
AfterwedidtheprocessinSanAntonio,apersonassistingwhoworkedtherecommentedthatthere
wereducksintheriver.Ididn'tthinkmuchaboutthatuntilhesharedwithmethatinthe20yearsthat
heworkedthereoverlookingtheriver,hehadneverseenducksbefore!Thenextday,wesawnotonly
ducks,butacraneaswell.HelaterdowsedtheentiredowntownareaforgeopathicorHartmannlines,
andcouldnotfindasingleone.
Beginningtodoubthisdowsingabilities,hetriedanareaoutsideoftheareacleared,andfound
numerouslineswithinashortdistance.
Aftertheworkshop,IwenttospendtimeatKenPage'sofficeinBastrop,TX.Hisorganizationdoesa
fantastictypeofhealingcalledMultidimensionalCellularHealingandIwasveryinterestedinlearning
moreabouttheirwork.WhiledrivingfromKen'sofficeinBastroptodowntownSanAntonio,Icould
seeayellow,brownhazealongthehorizontheentirewayuntilwereacheddowntownSanAntonio
wheretheskywasclear,blueandclean.Onewouldhaveexpectedthatthedowntownareawould
havebeenmoresmoggy,butinsteaditwasasclearasifithadjustrained.
IhavecometorealizethatthisisoneofthemanygiftsthatEarthherselfisgivingustoenableusto
healmuchoftheemotional,mentalandphysicaldamagethathasbeendone.TheHopiprophecyis
thattheEarthwillbetotallyhealedbeforewemakeourtransitiontothenextlevel.Ibelievethatthis
isoneofthewaysShehasgivenustohelprestoretheEarthtoHeroncepristinebeauty.
