Terms and Conditions:

Payment: 50% Advance along with Purchase Order. Balance Payment at
the time of Delivery (When the Machine is ready it will be intimated to the
customer Balance Payment at the time of delivery)
Delivery: 7 Days from the date of confirmed order with Advance Payment.
In case of any delay by government instructions it will take those days extra
to Dispatch the machine. If the shipping company delays the consignment
to reach the port Due to climate problem or any other reasons it will take
those days also extra to deliver the Machine.
Validity: Quotation validity would be 30 days from the date of invoice.

Transport: TO PAY BASIC. (Unloading the machinery is buyer

Responsibility) If any
caution made in time of transportation company is not responsible. Buyer
shall make insurance for safety at their end or Packaging the machine with wooden
case for
Erection: TWO WAY TRAVEL EXPENSIVES, FOOD AND
ACCOMADATION to our Technical Person (Minimum two Persons) in the
time of installation or Service charged as actual FROM THE BUYER.
Training: Training at CUSTOMER SITE in case the customer needs extra
Training, they must pay Rs 1000/- per days per head, excluding erection.
Service:
5000 would be paid by the customer as service or Installation
Charges, In case the customer needs extra days, they must pay Rs 1000/Per days, excluding erection.
EXCLUSION
Any civil work required for foundation.
Any other work not mentioned in our offer.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
In the event any dispute of arising as result of contraction to supply against
this offer and quotation, the place of jurisdiction will be new delhi and not
any other place.
