things to remember related to what the tool can do, how to find the most useful
parts of the tool, notes for future students to guide their usage, etc.)
I found this program to be quite efficient for students, teachers, and parents. The
set up of the tool is much like Facebook therefor the use is much easier because of
the similarity in use to Facebook. I also found interesting how this programs allows
teachers to build a community of teacher in their school, and district where they
can ask questions and discover new ideas for their own class.

- May not be accessible for student and parents who do not have a computer
- It is dependent on prior knowledge of the use of technology for students and
parents to use schoology.

I found schoology to be quite impressive. As a future teacher I would use this
technology, to give the students quicker access to feedback, assignments and
already graded material. Both students and parents would be given access codes
to use this program which allows both to not only assess the progress of a student
they could both also send me as the teacher messages about an questions they
may have.
By using schoology it brings parents, teacher, students, and administrators
together into one community where we can all work together to increase the
success of students in the classroom. Although there are many benefits to this
tool, there are also some possible drawbacks such as dependence on prior
knowledge on the use of technology. However, there are many tutorials found on
YouTube and as well on schoologys website where they give you a guided free
tour of the use and functionality of schoology.
