ATHLETES: I pledge to: Behave with dignity, respect and good sportsmanship at all practices, competition and game. Attend EVERY practice, competition and game | am able to and contact a coach if I cannot. Remember that participating in a sport is a privilege and not a right. Be a team player and commit myself to the team, the sport and a full season of participation. Refrain from any activities unbecoming of a student athlete and follow C.C.H.S. Sit in the front two rows in every class. Have no more than five unverified absences in a semester. ‘Support those who are supporting me (i.e. parents and coaches). Maintain a “C+” average or better. COACHES: We pledge to: Work hard to provide an environment conducive to a positive sports experience. Plan and execute the necessary drills during practice to improve skills and overall fitness. Always remember that academics come before athletics. Be a role model of character.
