Warm greetings from Tanghalang Pilipino (TP), the resident theater company of the Cultural Center of the
Philippines (CCP)!
Tanghalang Pilipino is celebrating its 30th theater season which will begin on August 2016 and will end on July
2017. The season includes four (4) exciting productions namely, Rody Veras Ibalong, Rolando Tinio's Pangarap Sa
Isang Gabi ng Gitnang Tag-araaw, Nicanor Tiongsons Mabining Mandirigma, Sarah Ruhls Euridice.
And to cap the season, we are proudly offering the 30th anniversary concert entitled Kay Sarap Maging Pilipino! The
30th anniversary concert is a fundraising gala event featuring performances performed by the countrys finest artist
with live orchestra from Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra and dance performances by the Ballet Philippines.
We are writing to earnestly ask you to become our show buyer and/or to sponsor your students, faculty, or
employees so that they can watch our productions.
As far as our schedule goes, your students, faculty members, and employees can watch the productions on the
following schedule:

Ibalong on August 31 to September 4, 2016 at Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino;

Pangarap sa Isang Gabi ng Gitnang Tag-araw on September 30 to October 16, 2016 at Tanghalang
Huseng Batute;
Mabining Mandirigma: a steampunk musical on December 2 to 18, 2016 at Tanghalang Aurelio
Tolentiono;
Euridice on February 17-March 5, 2017 at Tanghalang Aurelio Tolentino; and
Kay Sarap Maging Pilipino: 30th Anniversary Concert on July 28-29, 2017 at Tanghalang Nicanor
Abelardo.
