To whom it may concern,

I wish to apply for the HR Coordinator Part Time position at Nintendo of Australia
which was seen on the 16th of May 2016 on Nintendo Careers. Over the past six
years I have being developing skills within the retail and marketing industry and
have extensively practised said skills (especially during my time working at EB
Games and Dick Smith). As I am also undertaking a Bachelor of Multimedia and a
Major in Marketing, this role would perfectly suit me and has peeked my interest in
any available opportunities to progress both in this role and any other roles within
the company.
I would thoroughly enjoy the chance to work for Nintendo of Australia as it has
always been my dream ever since I was a young child. My current endeavours in
finishing my Bachelor of Multimedia and Major in Marketing has motivated myself
just in the thought that I might be able to work for such a prestigious company. I
currently have little knowledge and experience with HR Coordination however I
make up for this with an immensely high amount of eagerness to learn from higher
management, an exceptional amount of product knowledge, and a drive to
succeed. My determination to improve the companys performance and my own
self learning will be exemplified through my extremely positive attitude, high work
ethic, team friendly skills and immense appreciation for Nintendo as a company.
My current skills I specialise include and are not limited too; B2B and B2C
marketing, finance, ROI and digital social media marketing. These skills have
successfully aided employers such as Leigh Morris (refer to resume) who has
worked for over 8 years in retail management positions and Jason Salway, CEO of
Invana 3D printing who asked for my marketing help for his social media
components of his company. Both of these employees have commended my help
in consumer relations both with marketing and retail skills specifically with in store
operations and also with consumer engagement and sales promotions.
By doing this and wishing to further my skills, I truly believe I can be an asset both
to the ROI and sustainability of your company as a HR Coordinator or any other
potential applications within the marketing fields / multimedia fields at Nintendo of
Australia. If there is anything both in role responsibilities or skills that I am lacking
for the position, I am more than eager to both learn and work hard at perfecting
new techniques to further aid the company. Please refer to my resume if you wish
to read more into the current academic achievement and skills I possess which can
benefit the company.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kindest Regards, Cameron Palmar

Cameron and I had worked together for a little over two years, in that time he
proved that he is an extremely valued asset to my staff and store.
He is excellent with customers. He is always the top performing in our stores and
even in our company ranks.
We always had a healthy and fun competition with each other to see who could
outdo each other in our company KPIs and he would always beat me week to
week.
Where ever he may choose to take his work and career I wish him the best in his
endeavours, he will be a valued asset too any company that may choose to hire
