1. List all the items that fall within a routine day in a time log through outlook. Thereafter
categorise all the entries as Time & Technology, Time & Environment, Time
Stealers and Time Wasters and then include them in the Time Matrix using the below
format. When submitting the work print the time log from outlook, scan and send with
your answer script 40 marks
2. Select one of your own performance objective from Empower and set it as a SMARTER
goal. Track progress to assess the level of achievement and incorporate the same into
your appraisal to be discussed with your line manager 40 marks
3. Write one One Minute Goal that relates to the above SMARTER goal or a separate
independent One Minute Goal 20 marks
Please do not overload theory while constructing your answers. What is more
important is the reflection of application of theories/models discussed during the
workshop.
