ESQUELETO AXIL CUELLO

TOPOGRAFIA DEL CUELLO

DEFINICIN: Es la porcin mvil del tronco que une a la cabeza
con el trax.
LIMITES: Superiores representados por el borde inferior de la
mandbula hacia adelante y una lnea casi horizontal que va
desde la articulacin temporomandibular hasta la protuberancia
externa del occipital por detrs. Inferiores representados hacia
adelante por el borde superior del manubrio esternal, la cara
superior de ambas clavculas y por detrs con lnea imaginaria
horizontal que pasa por ambas articulaciones
acromioclaviculares y por el proceso espinoso de la sptima
vertebra cervical.
DETALLES TOPOGRAFICOS: Prominencia Larngea, Hueso
Hioides, Cartlago Cricoides y anillos Traqueales, Escotadura
Yugular y Fosas Supraclaviculares

REGIONES Y FASCIAS DEL CUELLO

REGIONES: Anterior o Cervix, situada por
delante de la columna vertebral (cervical). En
ella se observan la regiones Supra Hioidea,
Infra Hioidea, regin Supra Clavicular y
lateralmente la tabla del cuello conformada
por el msculo Esternocleidomastoideo
cubriendo la regin Carotidea y en el ngulo
de la mandbula la regin Parotidea. Posterior
o Nuca est por detrs de la columna
cervical.
FASCIAS CERVICALES: a) Superficial. b) Media
o Pretraqueal y c) Profunda o Prevertebral
