transaction.Oncepropertyisselected,aLetterofOffer/Acceptanceissigned,anda3%depositis
expectedfromthebuyer.
Within14days,theSaleandPurchaseAgreementissigned.Thebuyermustpayanother7%deposit.
Fromthedateofthesigning,thebuyerhasamaximumofthreemonthstoaccomplishfullpayment.
TheSaleandPurchaseAgreementmustbestampedattheStampOffice.Aftertheexaminationonthe
