A major behavior pattern of charismatic people is their combination of
enthusiasm, optimism, and high energy.

A remarkable quality of charismatic people is that they maintain high

Remember Names of People

Everyone's loves hearing their own name.
Of course charismatic leaders use tricks and techniques to remember
names.
The best system of name retention remains to listen carefully to the name,
repeat it immediately, and study the persons face.

v.

Make an Impressive Appearance

By creating a polished appearance, a person can make slight gains in
projecting a charismatic image.
Be bold (but not ridiculous) and let your personality out a little bit.
As long as you have the skills and knowledge to back you up and you are
tactful, a little flair and confidence can go a long way.

vi.

Be Candid (Frank, Open and Honest)

Charismatic people, especially effective leaders, are remarkably candid with
people.

vii.

Display an In-Your-Face Attitude.

The preferred route to being perceived as charismatic is to be a positive,
warm, and humanistic person.
Yet some people earn their reputation for charisma based on toughness
and nastiness.
