IWIFs overall customer service satisfaction rating among surveyed policyholders reached an all-time high of 91 percent
in 2010. IWIF measures customer satisfaction among 400 randomly selected policyholders who had at least one claim and
whose premium ranged from $2,500 to $25,000 and above.
IWIF uses an independent market research firm to conduct the
surveys. In addition to our high overall rating, these key IWIF
service departments also scored high with policyholders:
