Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Promo period is from July 24, 2015 to January 23, 2016.
2. The promo is open to all Principal EastWest Credit Cardholders (Cardholders) in good
credit standing*.
3. To qualify for the promo, the Cardholder may simply:
a. Call EastWests 24-Hour Customer Service at (02) 888-1700 or 1-800-1888-8600
Domestic Toll-Free to update his/her account information.**
b. Or, he/she can download and fill-out the Cardholder Information Update Form and
submit the same within the promo period through:
i. Fax at (02) 830-8952; or
ii. E-mail at CCPLProcessing@eastwestbanker.com
4. The Cardholder shall be entitled to one (1) raffle entry upon the submission of a
completely filled-out Cardholder Information Update Form or when he/she provides
updated account information by calling EastWests 24-Hour Customer Service.
5. A Cardholder may join the promo only once. Subsequent requests for information
updates throughout the promo period will not be assigned additional raffle entries.
Deadline of submission of entries is on January 23, 2016.
6. Cardholder shall be informed that s/he has qualified for the raffle through his/her
Statement of Account.
12. Winners will be asked to proceed to the EastWest Corporate Center (or the nearest
EastWest store for provincial winners) to claim their prize. In claiming the prize,
winners will be required to submit the original notification letter and photocopy of at
least two (2) valid identification cards with photo and signature [e.g., company ID,
government-issued IDs such as drivers license, SSS or GSIS photo card,
passport, senior citizens ID, Tax Identification Number (TIN), etc.], as well as
present his/her EastWest Credit Card.
13. Winners will be given sixty (60) days from date of receipt of the notification letter to
claim their prizes. Prizes not claimed within the 60-day period, regardless of reason,
shall be forfeited in favor of EastWest with prior approval from DTI.
14. The winners shall each agree to be featured in any or all publicity materials related to
the promo without further compensation.
15. The prize is not convertible to cash.
16. All employees of EastWest and its advertising and PR agencies as well as their
relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified to join
the promo.
17. In case of disputes in respect of the Cardholders eligibility, coverage of the promo
dates, fulfillment, etc., EastWests decision shall be conclusive. All questions or
disputes regarding the Cardholders eligibility for the promo or for any redemption
shall be resolved by EastWest with prior approval from DTI.
7. All raffle entries will be computer-generated and will be electronically drawn using the
Random.org raffle program.
8. The electronic raffle draw will be held on February 5, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the 5th
Floor EastWest Corporate Center, The Beaufort, 5th Avenue corner 23rd Street,
Taguig, in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) representative.
9. There will be thirty (30) winners of Apple iPhone 6 16GB units***. The winners will
be notified by EastWest through registered mail, telephone call and e-mail.
10. The prize tax will be shouldered by EastWest.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation
due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen
and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and
Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
**EastWest reserves the right to request for additional documents to support information update request.

11. Cardholders must be in good credit standing at the time of the raffle draw up to the
time the prize is claimed.
