Research Problem

The institutions in Jordan showed higher level of investment

for services and solutions which are provided for customers
(citizen). So they begin utilize the ERP system in their projects,
because the characteristics of the ERP system provides an
integrated communication between the system and all sections
and departments.
But many companies fail to gain the true benefits of the
ERP implementation due to lack of proper awareness about the
factors that will be affect on the implementation stage.
Therefore, this research paper provides a better framework
for implementation practices in the ERP system at (Greater
Amman Municipality), and we can summarize the research
problem in the following questions:
- How can the organization identify the main issues of
the system?

- How can we use it in the future?
