Subject: Damaged and Dirty Linen
This letter is made to inform you about the damage linen from Linen Care Samui. We have found
that our linens were sent out in good condition. Unfortunately some of linens were found damage
from your laundry process upon return. Damage includes Tears, Cuts, Holes and unusual Stains.
We consider you as good business partner and trust in your quality of service but as we
are running the hospitality business. So we hope that you understand that damage will
effect to us directly. So please consider for damage compensation to hotel and re-wash for the dirty
linen. Attached are lists of damage linen and dirty linen of November 8th and November 9th.

Thank you for your collaboration and attention. We are really appreciate your immediate response by
visit at our hotel today. Hope that hotel will receive positive result from you on this matter and
maintain good business relationship in the future.
