Camera and Lighting for film and TV (1 year experience):

- Proficiency in the technical and aesthetic requirements of the camera and lighting departments (DOP, Stereographer, 1&2AC, Electrician,
Grip, etc.) for a range of motion picture projects. Understanding of departmental responsibilities and protocols for 3D projects, green screen.
-Knowledge of technologies including DSLRs and HD Cameras (Canon 5D, Sony PMW200, Sony F5, Black Magic, Red One and Arri
Alexa) and accessories (matte box, filters, lenses, tripod, follow focus, dolly, 3D rig, etc.); Lighting Equipment (HMIs, Tungsten Fresnel, Kino,
etc.) in studio sets and locations to design special effects by using light meter, the butterfly, grid cloth, and scrims.

Audio Production and Post-production for film an TV (1 year experience):

- Audio engineering knowledge required to record and produce sound tracks, including dialog replacement (ADR/Multi-language), Sfx
layups, music/voice editing, mixing and playback (misc. studio/budgets/track sheets).
-Qualified as Location Sound Recordist: Experience using portable Mixing Console (Level Control and Metering), Slate, Microphones
(Lavaliere, Boom, omni-directional, cardioid.), accessories (Comteks, time-code clock, pole, mounts.); and Post-production Mixer: Dialog
Editing and recording, Backup Data/Transfer audio tracks to designated Multi tracks, Sound Design, Foley Record and Edit.

Production Design for film and TV (1 year experience):

-Skilled at synthesizing design components into a visually creative preliminary idea, complete with storyboards, drafts and floor plans;
identifying the director's vision to ensure the consistency of the overall "look". Understanding of architectural theory applications to production
sets for physical construction, set dressing, prop manufacturing, costume and other art work.

Marketing (4 years experience):

-Strategy/Planning/Campaign Management. Competent to generate quotes for prospective clients in accordance with proposed plan,
budget and editorial calendar. Working with the Marketing Department to provide product sales analysis, sales to target and marketing trends.
-Social Media & Emailing. Knowledge to optimize websites and social media platforms campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
through monitoring performance metrics, analytics, data (both quantitative and qualitative); providing insights. Ability to manage email
marketing campaigns of business plans and sales material, preserving a high standard on templates, resolution of images & quality of design.
-Communications/Public Relations. Experienced working with practices on how to build audience engagement campaigns.

Graphic Design (4 years experience):

-Able to conceive and produce engaging digital images solutions. Qualified to develop the look, feel, branding, design and present these
concepts; hosting and conducting design and discovery meetings to finalize to match the visual concept to each envision (covers, headers,
banners, billboards, posters, flyers, labels, name boards, advertise banners) having a strong attention to detail.
-Experience to work with the Art and Advertising Department doing creative design for digital media programs and website design;
proficient with tools and technologies, including: PhotoShop and Illustrator.

Photography (3 years experience):

- Qualified to photograph, style and digitally enhance images to accurately represent functionality, brand guidelines and features of
product for various applications; applying the standards in setting up lighting, composition, colour accuracy, and exposure for each shot;
and retouching images including removing visual imperfections, correcting colour and creating composite images.
-Knowlegde about maintainance of camera and lighting equipment (filters, lenses, tripod, flags, nets, diffusions, etc.).

Relationship Managment (3 years experience):

-Skilled as leadership trainer to build character in others throught public speaking, interpersonal communication, teamwork and
community service. Understanding of mentoring and counselling to determine planning, and assign tasks to team members who will be
able to solve conflicts and lead measurable success.
-Proficent to propose, design and lead teamwork projects and keep track of its results, including liaison with staff members,
suppliers or clients. Strong understanding of negotiation, while building effective relationships and motivating individual talents.

Journalism (1 year experience):

-Able to cover news from different aspects, with a strong background in reporting on business matters; manage online and print news
content; develop story ideas; produce editorial content; conduct interviews and attend relevant events.

Rock Climbing (6 years experience):

-Skilled in belaying techniques, lead climbing gear, lead climbing techniques, anchoring, cleaning routes and rappelling. Qualified in the
safe practice of using a Petzl Grigri to top rope belay all ages.
