Service Desk operation Management: Working with SLA, OLA, and monitoring the SLA. Providing
support for the team by giving work around or temporary solutions. Supporting team to restore
services after providing solution for the customer services using CA Service desk Tool.

Asset Management: Adding peripheral devices to a system, identifying status of systems devices,
displaying the system configuration and device information using Tefilla magnet tool designed and
developed by our HCL R&D Team.
Security Management : Installing , maintaining the Symantec antivirus security in all of the assets provide
for the client , updates recent packages
Manpower Resource Management: Interviewing, deploying & providing proper permission to manpower to
work in customer place, attendance monitoring and leaves approval with proper arrangement without
disturbing in the service to customer (Using Tefilla ATMS WebApplication).
IT & Non IT Asset Management: Basic Repair and maintenance of the MFP printers (local printer, network
printer), disabling, enabling, removing a printer, starting and stopping print service. Giving basic solution
