AFFIDAVIT OF CLAIM/ SELF-ADJUDICATION

I, ANECITO M. DENSING, of legal age, Filipino, widower and a
resident of Talamban, Cebu City, after being sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and say that:
1. I am the only surviving heir of VICENTE DENSING, who is my
grandfather.
At the time of death of
my
late
grandfather,
he
had no debts, liabilities or obligations to any persons, agency or institution;
2. My father VALERIANO DENSING and all of his brothers and sisters are
already dead, namely GREGORIO DENSING, ANTONIO DENSING,
PASTOR DENSING, VICTORIA DENSING, RUFO DENSING,
CONSTANCIO DENSING and EVARISTO DENSING;
3. Moreover, all of my siblings and cousins are already deceased, particularly
the children of VALERIANO DENSING named FELECISIMO DENSING,
DIGA DENSING, FLAVIA DENSING, NARCISO DENSING and LUCITA
DENSING; the children of GREGORIO DENSING named SUSANA
DENSING and ESTERIO DENSING; the children of PASTOR DENSING
named SANTAS DENSING, TANACIA DENSING and TEODOLA
DENSING; the children of ANTONIO DENSING named SANTOS
DENSING, ANIANO DENSING and VICENTINA DENSING; the children
of VICTORIA DENSING named ANO PUGOY and SATURNINO PUGOY;
and the child of EVARISTO DENSING named TANO DENSING;
4. My late grandfather VICENTE DENSING owned a parcel of land covered
by Tax Declaration No. 01912 located at Lubo, Sogod, Cebu with
boundaries North: Sabas Brigoli & Basilica, South: Teodora Agang, East:
Basilio Mondijar, and West: Juana Branzuela;
5. The said lot is with an area of 8.39 hectares more or less;
6. As the sole heir of the herein decedent, I hereby adjudicate the abovementioned property solely for and in my name as well as any and all
liabilities arising from the said property; and
7. I hereby execute this affidavit for the purpose of processing the transfer of
the said property in my name, the settlement of the estate of the late
VICENTE DENSING as well us for the release of any other claim or benefit
in relation to his death before government/private office and banking
institution and for any legal purpose this may best serve.
