APPENDIX A Section 810.011 CC

1. Remain in the City of Windsor.


2. Do not possess a passport or any travel documents
3. Report to the RCMP at 6050 Riverside Dr. East, Windsor, Ontario every Monday
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. commencing June 13, 2016.
4. Reside at Apt. 201- 3400 Erskine, Windsor, Ontario.
5. Report any change of address to Jeffery Town, RCMP, 72 hours in advance of
any change in your address.
6. Obey a curfew between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. every day except for medical
emergencies involving you or your immediate family, or for the purpose of
travelling directly to, from, and while at lawful employment.
7. Do not attend at any airport.
8. Do not attend within 500 meters of Windsor International Airport.
9. Accused shall (at the expense of the R.C.M.P. ) be subject to GPS monitoring by
Recovery Science Corporation (RSC) which shall include:
a) Entering into RSCs Participant Agreement within 3 business day of
release from custody
b) Wearing a OPS ankle bracelet at all times;
c) Permitting RSC to install supplementary equipment and to inspect,
replace and maintain equipment as it deems necessary:
d) Comply with RSC leave notification and battery charging
requirements; and
e) Cooperating fully with RSC staff.
10. Notwithstanding any order terminating or varying these terms, the accused shall
continue to abide by these terms until RSC confirms that it has received notice of
the termination or variation directly from the Crown, police, or court staff.
