batteries are different in shape and performance, proper operation is therefore
hard to be ensured.
Please properly dispose the waste batteries in a environmentally friendly way.
Precautions for the use of batteries:

or cause battery explosion. The following precautions must be obeyed:
Always replace batteries in pairs, i.e. replace a pair of old batteries with a pair of new
ones.
Never use a new batteries together with an old one.
Never use batteries of different types together, e.g. use a "zinc carbonate" battery together
with an "alkaline" battery.
Never recharge, short circuit, reassemble, heat or burn used batteries.
It is necessary to change batteries only when the remote control operates well or bad
occasionally or fails to control the operation of the TV set.
If you don't use the remote control for a long period, take the batteries out of the remote
control so as not to cause battery leakage thus damaging the remote control.

Precautions while using remote control

Ensure no other objects are between the remote
control and the remote receiver of the TV set.

Sunlight or other strong light may interfere

the signal sent by the remote control. In this
case, please turn the TV set towards the other
direction.

The remote control can not be kept in hot or

humid environment, otherwise violent impact
may cause the remote control failure.

Use two AAA (7#) 1.5V alkaline batteries. Do

not use different types of batteries together.
Mount the batteries as per correct polarity.

key to select target file and press OK to play.

Remarks:
1. USB interface of digital multimedia player is not all-purpose. So when some USB devices could
not be recognized, the problem is always not the model malfunction but due to device driver.
2. Because USB devices and memory capability are different, the time needs for multimedia player
to read information are also different. So the information reading speed of the player temporarily
getting slow are not the model malfunction.
3. The voltage supplied to USB interface is 5V, and the most electrical current is 500mA. When some
interface criteria of USB devices are different from standard USB protocol, digital multimedia player
may be unable to recognize USB devices correctly, which is normal.
4. USB could be used as an interface to update software.
5. If some files source could not play because of the parameter decoding-limited problem, the problem
is not the model malfunction.
6. The system only applies to memory medium with FAT32 format.

Glossary
Aspect Ratio

The ratio between the width and height of the TV picture on the screen. In a normal TV set the aspect
ratio is 4 to 3 (4:3). The new aspect ratio in HDTV is 16:9 which resembles the aspect ratio in a movie
theatre (Widescreen). New TV systems support both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio and can automatically
switch between them.

Audio Video (A/V)

A term often used when discussing a channel on a TV receiver or on video equipment, which has been
especially designed to accept VCR audio-video signals. This channel automatically activates special circuitry within the TV set to prevent picture distortion and skewing. It is also used for audio-video processors, which handle both types of signals.

CVBS (AV Video)

Composite Video Baseband Signal. In broadcast television this refers to the video signal, including the
colour information and syncs.

Component Video
Input (Y Pb Pr)

Component Video Input is a type of connection that uses a cinch-type connector to allow set top boxes
or analog DVD players to connect a signal to the TV. By offering the cinch-type input (YPbPr) the primary colors, red, green and blue are connected from a set top box directly into the TV allowing for the
signal to display on the screen.

HDTV

The generally agreed upon definition of HDTV is approximately twice the vertical and horizontal picture
resolution of todays NTSC TV, which essentially makes the picture twice as sharp. HDTV also has a
screen ratio of 16:9 as compared with most of todays TV screens, which have a screen ratio of 4:3.
HDTV offers reduced motion artifacts (i.e. ghosting, dot crawl).

Progressive Scan

In Progressive Scanning all the horizontal scan lines are scanned on to the screen at one time. The HDTV
Standards accept both Interlaced Scan and Progressive Scan broadcast and display methods.

Resolution

Resolution: A measurement of the finest (smallest) detail that is visible in a video image. TV Resolutions
may be expressed as number of pixels in an image; or more commonly, As total number of (horizontally
scanned) Lines used to create the image.
Standard Digital TV Resolutions:
SDTV: 576i - The picture is 720x576 pixels, 576p - The picture is 720x576 pixels.
HDTV: 720p - The picture is 1280x720 pixels, 1080i/p - The picture is 1920x1080 pixels,

Care And Cleaning

WARNING concerning stationary images on the TV
Screen: Do not leave fixed images on the screen for extended periods of time. This can cause uneven aging
of the LCD panel. Normal use of the TV should involve viewing of programs that have constantly moving
or changing images. Do not leave moving images on screen for extended periods of time. Do not display
the same images too frequently; if you do, subtle ghost images can be left on the LCD screen. Sources of
stationary images may be Laser discs, video games, Compact Discs Interactive (CD-i), paused Digital Video
Discs (DVDs) or video tapes.
