    IntheElizabethanErathereweremanyruleswhenitcametomarriageandcourtship.
    Womenhadlittle,ifanychoicetochoosewhotheywantedtomarry.Forcourtshiptheman

    divorcesduringduringElizabethanEra).Ifthefatherofthehislovesaysyesthemancanvisit,

    Aftermarriagethelawgavethehusbandfullrightsoverhiswife.Somewomenwere
    afraidtogetmarriedbecausetheywouldbasicallybecontrolledbytheirhusband(Alchin,
    Elizabethanmarriagesandweddings).Anotherreasontheywereafraidwasbecausesincethey
    don'tchoosewhotheywanttobewith,theywouldsometimesgetabusedbytheirhusband.

    Otherwomenwouldnotlikeherhusbandtheyweregoingtomarry.Neighborsofsinglewomen
    sawthemaswitches(Alchin,Elizabethanmarriagesandweddings).
    SinceRomeoandJulietlivedduringtheElizabethanEra,thisresearchprovesthathe
    communitycultureoftheirtimedidnotinfluencetheirdecisions.Therewasarrangedmarriage
    duringtheElizabethanEraandthisconnectstoRomeoandJulietbecauseJulietsmarriagewas
    arranged,shewassupposedtomarryParis.Arrangedmarriagesdidnotinfluenceherdecisions
    becauseshewasstillinlovewithRomeo.ThearrangedmarriagedidnotinfluenceRomeoand
    JulietbecauseeventhoughJuliethadtomarryParisshestillchosetomarryRomeo.Julietcame
    upwiththeplantoleaveVeronabecauseofRomeosbanishment.Thesearethereasonshow
    rulesofarrangedmarriageandcourtshipoftheElizabethanEradidnotinfluenceRomeoand
    Julietsdecisions.
    Livinginmycommunity(blackcommunityandinfluencedbymyhousehold)does
    influencethedecisionsImake.Myparentsteachmerightfromwrong.Iknowthatitisnotthat
    safetogooutsidearoundnighttime.IknowthattherearecertainthingsIcannotwearwhen
    goingoutside.Mycommunitiesinfluencesmetomaketherightdecisionstokeepmesafe.
    Howevermycommunitydoesnotinfluenceallmydecisions.IcandecidewhoIwanttomarry.
    ThesearthereasonhowmycommunityaffectsthedecisionsImake.
