Thank you for your interest in Vila Universitaria. We inform you that the period to apply for
accommodation starts on 4th May.
If you are Postgraduate student (master's degree, PhD or doctorate, Erasmus Mundus PhD,
Erasmus Placement) you should fill in the application form that you will find on the following
link and contact with the Vila 2 booking department: vila2@vilauniversitaria.com
We inform that in order to book an accommodation in Vila Universitaria you should pay 170
as first deposit. If you cancel your reservation before this one is confirmed, we will return
the deposit made. On the other hand, once your reservation is confirmed we would only
refund you the deposits amount in case that your cancellation is due to an academic reason.
IMPORTANT: If you need any certification for the consulate to apply for Spanish Visa, you
should pay the second deposit (that is usually charged on the arrival) in advance. This
deposit equals the amount of the rent that is going to be confirmed.

Vila 1:

Rates:
Shared use:
Stays for less than 10 months: 281,83 /per month (Water, electricity and community monthly
expenses included)
10 months length rate: 225 / per month (Community expenses (15 + 21%VAT). Water and
electricity monthly expenses are NOT included.

Individual use:
Stays for less than 10 months: 545,48/ per month. Water, electricity and community monthly
expenses are included.
10 months length rate: 450 / month. Community expenses (15 + 21%VAT), water and
electricity monthly expenses are NOT included).
Type T: 76m2 apartment for 3 students. Click here for more information.

Type T apartments were originally apartments for 4 students. We have changed its
distribution, and they have become a 3 people apartment. This is the reason why you
see 4 beds on the photograph but actually it is a 3 people apartment.
Rates:
Double room:
Stays for less than 10 months: 288,60 /per month (Water, electricity and community monthly
expenses included)
10 months length rate: 235 (Community expenses (15 + 21%VAT). Water and electricity
monthly expenses are NOT included).
Single Room:
Stays for less than 10 months: 383,10 /per month (Water, electricity and community monthly
expenses are included)
Stays for 10 months: 325 (Community expenses (15 + 21%VAT), water and electricity
monthly expenses are NOT included).
*Water and electricity expenses are issued by energetic companies, each apartment has its
own meter and the companies provide us the invoices and we charge the entire amount divided
between the residents of each apartment.
*The apartments have all the furniture with the exception of the sheets and kitchen utensils.
You can rent them for 10 + 21 VAT% per month.
IMPORTANT: If you sign a contract for 10 months, and then you cancel it, you will have to
pay the difference between 10 months rate contract and the rate for short stays according
to the months already joined in Vila Universitaria.

Vila 2:
Type Q: 40 m2 for 1 or 2 students. Click here for more information.

Rates:
Shared use: 390 /per month (Water and electricity expenses, weekly cleaning service, access
to SAF (university gym) per month is included)
Single Use: 745 /per month (Water and electricity expenses, weekly cleaning service, access
to SAF (university gym) per month is included)
*Type Q apartments have all the furniture necessary as well as sheets and kitchen utensils.
