Sahih Muslim is a collection of hadith compiled by Imam Muslim ibn al-Hajjaj al-Naysaburi
(Rahimahullah Va Rah:matullah Alaih). His collection is one of the most authentic collections

of the Sunnah of the Prophet (

), and along with

Sahih al-Bukhari forms the "Sahihain," or the "Two Sahihs." It contains roughly 7500 hadith (with
repetitions) in 57 books.

this ANSWER TO THE CONSIPRACY OF
ENGINEER ALI MIRZA
Engineer Ali Mirza claims that The tradition 2601 IS a curse on Muaviah RD:.

We have proved that it is not a curse but a


blessing..
How ever Enginner Ali Mirza believes that the Chapters of Books Of H:athi:th: are
authoritative.
So he argues that Imam Bukhari did not write a number of Ah:adith: in the chapter
of Dh:ikr of Muaviah RD: He hastly concludes that it was not known to Imam
Bukhari that this tradition is among the Fad:ail /Virtues Of Muaviah RD: . We have
also refuted that allegation.
But when it suits him he deviates from this principle and differs from the Chapter as
suggested by the Collector of Ah:di:th: as in the case of S:ah:i:h: Muslim.

Translation:=
I was playing with children that Allah's Messenger ( )happened to pass by (us). I hid myself
behind the door. He (the Prophet) came and patted my shoulders and said: Go and call
Mu'awiya. I returned and said: He is busy in taking food. He again asked me to go and call
Mu'awiya to him. I went (and came back) and said that he was busy in taking food, whereupon
he said: May Allah not fill his belly! Ibn Muthanna, said: I asked Umm Umayya what he meant by
the word Hatani. He said: It means "he patted my shoulders."

This tradition according to Engineer Ali Mirza is a curse for Saiyiduna: Muaviah RD:
.
But Imam Muslim considereth it as a Curse which Converted into Blessing, Virues
etc.
Chapter 25. Whomever Is Cursed, Reviled Or PrayedAgainst By The ProphetWhen He Does
NotDeserveThat, It Will Be Purification,Reward And Mercy For Him.
Imam Muslim includeth these traditions 6628 and 6629 in the chapter 23 book 45.
So it is certain and definite that according to Imam Muslim the words of the Prophet were
converted into virtuses and blessings. If a thing converts into another thing it ceaseth to be the
former thing. So if the words of the Prophet were curse then they concerted into the blessing and
virtues. So the words are conserved yet the converted into blessing and did cease to be curse.
But according to Engineer Ali Mirza they continued to remain curse. That means that Atleast this
Engineer Ali Mirza reject the title of the Chapter 25 of the book 45.
If he thinks that Imam Muslim hath erred , then one hath equal right to say that Engineer Ali
Mirza Hath ERRED.
In case of Holy Bukhari Engineer Ali Mirza claims that A number of tradions which
are used for the virtues of Saiyiduna Muaviah RD: cannot be used for His Virtues
since Imam Bukhari Himself did not includeth it in the Virtues of Muaviah.
Engineers incorrect argument is that if Imam Bukhari Hath considered the as
Virtues of Muaviah He would have included them in the Chapter of
Zikr or
Fad:ail of Muaviah. From this he concludes that Imam Bukhari did not considered
them as Virtues of Muaviah.
But in Muslim Engineer Hath changed his standard .Since he clearly refutes the Title
of the Chapter authored by Imam Muslim. Imam Muslim must have never known
[Since he was not Ali,m Al Ghaib]

That Ali Mirza would use his chapter as a Perpetual Curse for Saiyiduna: Muaviah
RD: .
So we conclude that Ali Mirza does not have a duel Standard but Multifold
Standard.
His hatred of Muaviah is so great that he shifts from one standard to another
standard just because he wants to disgrace Muaviah RD: .
When he finds a tradition in Holy Bukhari: that is in Fad:i:lah of Saiyiduna:
Mua:viah RD:, Ali Mirza refuses it to be in Fad:ilah Of Muaviah Just because Imam
Bukh:ar:I Hath not included it in the Chapter [Ba:b] Zikr Of Muaviah.
His argument is that If Imam Bukha:i: would have known that it is in Fad:i:lah of
Muaviah he would have either included it in this chapter or titled a Chapter on
Virtues Of Mua:viah RD: .
But when he does find a chapter in Fad:i:lah of Saiyiduna: Mua:viah RD: in Holy
Muslim in the Chapter
25 which is Titled as

By Imam Muslim Himself in the Book of Muslim, Ali Mirza does not agree with
Imam Muslim.
He virtually considers it as a Perpetual Curse of Prophet [Astaghdarullah], or a
curse that is not converted in Blessings. In either case it is implied that Imam
Muslim was not able to Understand the Tradition Of H:adi:th: which he included in
S:ah:i:h: Muslim.
This implieth that when an argument goes against Muaviah RD: Ali Mirza uses it
and when the very same Argument goes for Saiyiduna: Mua:viah RD: Ali Mirza
rejects it immediatlely.
The word or Sentence spoken by Holy Prophet for Saiyiduna: Mua:viah RD is
capable of being a Blessing from the very beginning.
But if it was initially a Curse ,it ceaseth to be a curse and it did convert in a
Blessing.
But Ali Mirza at this point differs from Ima:m Muslim.
We shall upload the Volume -4 of S:ah:ih: Muslim edited by none other but the
former Teacher of Ali Mirza i.e Zubair Ali Zai , so that the conspiracy is exposed.

In S:ah:i:h: Muslim Book 45 Imam Muslim have Collected Several S:AH:I:H

This doeth proveth that Imam Muslim considereth this H:adith: as a Virtue of
Mua:viah and not as a curse form him. An other thing must be noted once for all
that Holy Prophet Himself Stated that He is a Human Being i.e Insa:n . The words
Ins:an and Bashar are synonyms. Innama: Ana: Bashar meaneth
Innama: Ana: Insa:n .

The question may be asked that who could a Person be treated


by the Holy Prophet when the person did not deserve to be trated
as such. The answer is that Holy Prophet was/is neither Omniscient
Nor Knower of Al Ghaib. That is why such acts may occur due to
finite and Non-Absolute Knowledge.
Knowledgeal /Knowledgical Points [Points Of Knowledge]
1] Imam Muslim Considereth in the conversion of Curse into Blessing,Virtues.
2] Imam Muslim did not considereth that Saiyiduna: Mua:viah did not deserved
there words or Sentence.
3]Imam Muslim did not consider that the readers and students of his book would
consider his traditions as : i)Weakness in the Character of Muaviah.
ii) An unconvertible curse .
iii) A perpetual curse.
iv) Muaviah initially devervet this curse [Astaghfarullah]
v]Ibn Abbas was so young that he tried to hide from the Holy Prophet , an act that
cannot be done by an Adult S:ah:abi.++

But the Rafid:mi minds of some people did tried to argue that if it is not
allowed to speak about the weakness in the character of Saiyiduna:
Muaviah them why he collected and included this tradition in his book
Holy Muslim.This is just to deny the prerequisites of Imam Muslim.
According to Imam Muslim:=
1] It was a convertible statement.
2]It was not perpetual.
3]Muaviah RD:did not deserveth it from the very beginning.
4] Act of Saiyiduna Ibn Abbas RD: IS ALSO NOT OBJECTIONABLE SINCE HE

WAS A CHILD AND NOT AN ADULT.

5]Imam Muslim did not brought the H:adi:th: in any Ba:b /chapter
weaknesses of S:ah:abah, or weakness of Saiyiduna: Mua:viah RD:. So
one who try to twist the tradition of Muslim is a Sceptic beyond any
shadow of doubt.
HOW EVER if some one disputes from Imam Muslim then our response is
that the words or sentenced uttered by Holy Prophet PBUH are Blessing
and Virtues from the very beginning , and not after conversion.
But Enemy of Saiyiduna: Mua:viah not only rejected the Book and
Chapter of Ima:m Muslim but also his conception, sensibility, and
understanding of Ima:m Muslim.

There is a tradition In Holy Bukhari in which Imam Bukhari hath narrated a tradition

It is narrated in Holy Bukha:ri: from


several Ways/Routs [T-R-Q] that One night Holy
Prophet [S:AVS] Himself [In person/in essence]
did come to the House of Saiyiduna Ali: RD: [and
Saiyidatuna Fa:t:mah RD:] AND ORDERED Qu:ma:
Fas:alliya: [AWAKE AND OFFER PRAYERS (OF
TAHAJJUD)].In his response answering the Holy
about Saiyiduna: Ali.

Prophet [S:VS]Saiyiduna: Ali: did State :=By


ALL-H WE SHALL NOT OFFER ANY PRAYER EXCEPT
WHAT ALL-H HATH ORDERED TO US [MA

KATABALLAHU LANA:].And Our Selves [Anfus]


are in the Divine Hands [Hands of ALL-H].
[Holy Prophet PBUH recited an Ayah in his
response.]

So we once again use the same


principle to defend Saiyiduna: Ali
from a objection Similar to the
objection made upon Saiyiduna:
Muaviah . Sceptics whether they
Make objections on Saiyiduna
Muaviah or on Saiyiduna: Ali or
Saiyiduna: AmrBin Al A:s: OR ANY
TWOof them or all of them
[RAD:IYALLAHU ANHUM] can be
perfectly responded by The Bab Of
Imam Muslim.
We also add a discussion Ali in defence of
Muaviah for the audience of Engineer Ali Mirza
who skeptically confused his audience and viwers.
This is added here .

ALI IN DEFENCE OF
MUAVIAH.
Engineer Ali Mirza of Jhelum has used the
following tradition in an attempt to prove some
weakness or flaws or both in the Noble Character
of Saiyiduna Muaviah RD: .

It is narrated from Respected Ibn Abba:s RD


That Rasu:lulullah S:AVS said to me that go and
bring Muaviah RD. I came back [ after some
time] and said, He is eating [food]. Holy
Prophet [after some time] said [to me] , Go and
bring Muaviah RD.I came back [again] and said ,
He is [still] eating.Holy prophet said May
ALL-H not fill His Stomach.{Muslim Vol 2 page
325}.
Engineer Ali Mirza uses this tradition in his own
style against the Noble Character
Of Saiyiduna: Muaviah RD: .
But there is a Similar rather stronger case in
regard to Saiyiduna: Ali: RD and Saiyidatuna:
Fa:t:mah RD.
If one assume that this tradition can be used
against Muaviah RD, there is a Tradition which

can be used against Saiyiduna Ali RD, which he


does hide from his audience and followrs.
The tradition is of Holy Bukha:ri: :=

KA:NAL INSA:NU AKTH:ARA SHAIIN JADALA:
(AN)].Ayah 54 Surah Al Kahf.
[Holy Prophet PBUH recited an Ayah in his
response.]
This tradition defends the tradition of Ibn Abbas RD:.
The second tradition is not just a similar case but a stronger case, and if the 2 nd
tradition can be interpreted with out implying any flaw and weakness in the
character of Saiyiduna Ali RD: and Saiyidatuna Fa:t:imah RD: [WHO REMAINED
SILENT IN the entire event did not say a word in SUPPORT OF HOLY PROPHET
PBUH], the 1st tradition can primarily be interpreted such that it does not imply any
weakness or flaw or both in the character of Saiyiduna: Muaviah RD.

A COMPARISION:=
1]

Saiyiduna Muaviah RD:was not called directly by the Holy


Apostle [S:AVS], BUT INDIRECTLY through a correspondent
Saiyiduna Ibn Abbas RD : Saiyiduna Ali RD: WAS DIRECTLY Commanded /Ordered [by an
imperative Sentence in Arabic] by Holy Prophet.

2]

Saiyiduna Muaviah RD: did not say a word in


response and continued to be salient .
Saiyiduna Ali did responded Holy Prophet and refused to
obey the direct orders/Commandments.

3] Saiyiduna Muaviah RD: did not argue with the Holy


Prophet [S:AVS] in order to justify the apparent violation
of the indirect order.
Saiyiduna Ali RD: did with the prophet in order to justify
the apparent violation of the indirect order.

4] Response of Holy Prophet [Peace Be Upon Him/PBUH]


in regard to Saiyiduna Mua:viah RD: is May ALL-H Not
Fill His Stomach.
Response of Holy Prophet [PBUH] in case of Saiyiduna Ali

This is a part of a sentence /verse of Quran ,Surah Al Kahf.

Meaning of the verse/sentence .


Human Being [Man] is more Contentious [quarrelsome] then any other
thing.

SALLAMA] stiked His Holy hand on his On His Thigh. In
case of 2nd tradition . But he did not reacted bodily in the
1st tradition .

saiyiduna: ali is farmors sensitive case then
prophets own words/sentences for saiyiduna
mua:viah.

REMARKS:=
1] Thiis 2nd tradition single handedly doeth defend a number of allegations and
accusations on some S:AH:A:BAD RD.
In this case this tradition does defend Saiyiduna: Mu:a:viah RD.
2] As ALL-H Is OMNISCIENT AND OMNIPOTENT ALL-H Did Create this event, and
these acts,doings and speech of Saiyiduna Ali: that it shall/must defend a number
of S:ah:abah from those persons who disguise them selves as Ahlussunnah and use
Sunni traditions to attack the Noble Character of S:ah:abah RD. It must be noted
that all events and Human Acts and doings are Creation of ALL-H, the Only Creator
[Khaliq,Mukh:alliq;Activie participle or Ism Al Fa:ilof Takhli:q],and every human
act is His Maskhlu:q.
3] This tradition may not convince a Rafid:i: who believes in books like Us:ul Al
Kafi:. Mal La: Yah:d:irul Faqi:h , Nahj Al Bala:ghah since such a person may say that
he considers reports of Bujha:ri and Muslim as concoction and fabrication
[Astaghfarullah]. But a hidden Rafid:i: who purports himself as a believer in Holy
Canons of Ah:di:th: like Bukha:ri: and Muslim , is exposed when this tradition is
presented against him.
In his attempts such a person begins to interpret the 2 nd tradition and insists that
the first tradition cannot be interpreted.

It is here he is exposed, and this exposition of his hidden Rafid:iah is not probable
but certain.
4] a]A kharji minded person in disguise of Ahlussunnah shall attempt to criticize bot
Saiyiduna Muaviah and Saiyiduna Ali: Rad:I Yallahu Anhuma: .
b ] A Rafid:I minded person in disguise of Ahlussunnah Val Jama:ah shall attempt
to criticize Saiyiduna: Muaviah RD: on the BASIS of the first tradition but either
remain silent about the 2nd tradition as if it existeth not, or shall attempt to defend
Saiyiduna Ali: making strange Apologetic answers. But apologetically insist that
these answers cannot be used to defend Saiyiduna Muaviah RD:.
c] A true Sunni shall attempt to defend both of the noble S:ah:a:bah .
d] An open Fafid:i: shall declare that he believes in Us:ul ;Al Kafi: . Malla: Yah:d:ir Al
Faqi:h, Nahj Al Bala:ghah etc and not in Bukha:ri , Muslim etc. So he shall reject this
Holy Tradition of Holy Bukha:ri: Shari:f as if it is a fabrication or concoction.
5] To violate a Direct order is far more significant then to violate an indirect order.
6] To argue with the Holy Prophet for not executing the direct order is far more
significant then not to argue , and to remain silent in case of not executing indirect
orders.
7] The difference in the two events are worthy to be noted. In the 2 nd tradition Holy
Prophet [PBUH] himself came to issue an order or a commandment at the time of
night. This makes the order or the commandment more emphatic. Such emphasis is
not found in the 1st tradition.
8] Holy Prophet PBUH acted bodily in the second tradition while no such act is
reported in the first. This doeth shew that it is a powerful method to shew his
dislikeness to the response made

9] The words of Holy Prophet in the case of the


second tradition coorespondeth to the AYAH OF
QURA:N AL KAHF 54; but the words in case of the
first tradition correspondeth not to any Ayah, and
this is absolutely significant and infinitely
important.
ARGUMENTATION AGAINST ALI MIRZA
If Ali Mirza considers that the sentence of the Holy Prophet May ALL-H Not Fill His
nd
Stomach/Belly is a curse then in the case
14of 2 tradition it is a direct application of

a declaration of ALL-H RABBUL A:LAMI:N on Saiyiduna Ali RD. That is in second


case it is the direct application of the verse of Qura:n [54:Al Kahf]
If the former sentence can be used against Muaviah RD the verse of Qura:n can
equally be used against Saiyiduna: Ali RD.
But if there is an interpretation for the latter mentioned sentence, the former words
can also be interpreted.

A POSSIBLE RATHER PROBEBLE RESPONSE OF


ENGINEER ALI MIRZA OF JHELUM.
It is likely that Ali Mirza will quote one or more of the sentences in this Critique Of
Ali Mirza like If the former sentence can be used against Muaviah RD the verse of
Qura:n can equally be used against Saiyiduna: Ali RD. etc and make some
comments and say ASTAGHFARULLAH as he is accustomed to in his answers to
others considering it as a conclusive proof . Such a fallacious use of the words
Astaghfarullaha to misguide others is a transgression in its self.

INTERPRETATONS OF AHLUSSUNNAH
In both traditions the
orders/commandments of Holy Prophet
PBUH are neither obligatory nor
mandatory. They are only preferable.
This implieth that in both cases there
execution and obedience was not
necessary.
The sentences spoken or recited by Holy
Prophet PBUH do not imply a curse or an
inclusion in a declaration of ALL-H in

regard to whom they are spoken or


recited.
In either case if the spoken
orders/commandments were necessary ,
and were incorrectly assumed by
respective two respected S:AH:ABAH as
just preferable [Mustah:-b] , the Holy
Prophet must have informed each one of
them that the commandments are
necessary to be executed.
That is the reason inspite of imperative
form of the sentence in the second
tradition Saiyiduna: Ali: did not
considered that ALL-H Hath ordered him
to offer more prayers then other
S:ah:bah RDS: as Obligatory and
Mandatory.
It hath been discussed that the sentence
May ALL-H Not Fill His Stomach/Belly
is not a curse for the Person RD: in first
tradition.

Similarly the A:yah recited in the second


tradition is not for the inclusion of the
Person RD: in second tradition, in the
declaration of ALL-H in Qura:n.
Engineer Mirza has claimed that the
traditions of Bukhari: or Muslim shew
weakness in the character of Saiyiduna:
Muaviah, and this is a very impious
allegation not only on Holy Books of
Bukh:ar: and Muslim but also on there
respective respected compilers.
We solemnly believe that neither
Bukhari: nor Muslim shew anweaknesses
in characters of Saiyiduna Ali: and
Saiyiduna Muaviah [Rad:iyallahu
anhuma:]
Claim of weaknesses is due to studying
the Holy Texts of Ah:adi:th: without
their proper interpretation.
The problem of Engineer Ali Mirza
The problem of Engineer Ali Mirza is that he
becomes an interpretist when literal meanings go

against his views and become a literalist when


literal meanings go in favour of his views.
He provides his own interpretations, explanations
and and does not allow any one to understand
traditions against his views.
Any one who agrees with what he agrees becomes
a hero and who disagree with what he agree
becomes a villain.
Unfortunately his mistakes and errors are
scattered in his different lectures and it requires a
lot of time to study to listen each one of his lecture
and to collect all the errors of one type and then to
respond them properly. This appears to be the only
reason that that he does not write books on
different topics but delevers lectures and in them
he very cleverly embeds his heresies and errors so
that they cannot be responded easily.
But if it is a task it must be done.

A REQUEST TO THE FOLLOWERS OF ALI: MIRZA OF


JHELUM:=
Engineer Ali Mirza of Jhelum is strictly exposed . He used a tradition to prove a
curse on Muaviah and to prove that his character hath weaknesses. But at that
time he remains perfectly silent for the secomd tradition as if it does not exist.

Rafid:i: in disguise.
